Forming part of the PACLII database, this page provides Tuvaluan legislation, including the the 2008 Revised Edition of the Laws of Tuvalu; the Constitution of Tuvalu; cases from the Tuvalu High Court and Court of Appeal; and other legal materials from Tuvalu. The content may be searched or browsed.

Tuvalu legislation

Collection of full text laws of Tuvalu, made freely available in electronic format. This website contains English versions of the Official Revised Edition of the Laws of Tuvalu, in force as at 31st December 2008. The revision was undertaken by Laws Consolidated Inc, on behalf of the Tuvalu government. The legislation is arranged in the form of an index with the main laws in alphabetical order, and any Subordinate Legislation nested beneath the parent law. The legislation is also presented alphabetically by categories, and the complete Statute Book can be printed from the index view.

Riigi teataja

Website for the State Gazette of the republic of Estonia, an official online publication in so far as all documents and legislation contained are deemed to be official versions. Indeed, the paper version of the gazette was discontinued in 2010. Published in Estonian only, the site provides a full text database of Estonian legal acts. From the home page, recent issues are available to browse by date, along with news on upcoming legal instruments, or the search (täpne otsing) button can be selected which will allow searching over both consolidated and original legislation.

Citius

A portal managed by the Portuguese Ministério da Justiça. Features include a database which allows users to perform searches related to the Portuguese court system and the allocation of cases to the different courts. The service covers different types of court including the Court of First Instance, appeal courts, administrative and regional courts and provides links to their websites and also to those of related government departments. Other resources covered include the court libraries and the Leis da Justiça project managed by the Direcção-Geral da Politica de Justiça (DGPJ).

Solomon Islands sessional legislation

Forming part of the PACLII website, this page gives access to electronic versions of selected sessional legislation from the Solomon Islands, passed by the Solomon Islands Parliament after the 1996 revised edition, which is available for consultation in a separate data-file. Legislation is browsable both alphabetically and by year, or can be accessed from a hyperlinked numerical or chronological index. Alternatively, the database search option can be selected, which will allow keyword searching across the entire dataset.

Solomon Islands consolidated legislation

Forming part of the PACLII website, this webpage gives access to selected electronic versions of consolidated Solomon Islands legislation, based on their last full consolidation in 1997, and supplemented by a consolidated index correct up to 2011. Legislation is browsable alphabetically, or can be accessed from a hyperlinked numerical or chronological index. Alternatively, the database search option can be selected, which will allow keyword searching across the entire dataset. A separate data-file contains subsequent sessional legislation.

Direcção-Geral da Politica de Justiça (DGPJ)

The DGPJ is a state central body of direct administration. It gives technical support related to the production of legislation and monitors policies and strategic planning and international affairs. Sections of the site give background information on these roles. Full text access is given to the Justice Statistical database and to the Justice Laws project (Leis da Justiça). This legislation project is divided into chapters relating to different areas of law relevant to the work of the DGPJ. Each chapter has an introduction and links to the full text legislation..

Bibliothèque Cujas: Cuj@sthèque

The website of Bibliothèque Cujas in Paris includes a suite of legal research resources called  'Cujasthèque'. The Jurisguide section gives an overview of French legal publications and provides introductions to many different aspects of French legal research, some intended for students, some for academics. Full research guides are provided under ‘Guides et tutoriels’, covering legislation, case law, doctrinal writing, journals, mélanges and parliamentary publications; their main focus is on French law, but other countries, the EU, the Council of Europe and the UN are also included.
