Official source of Lithuanian legislation, produced by the Office of the Lithuanian Parliament. Publication in the Register is deemed to be official publication of the legislative instrument. The database can be searched by key word, title, type of instrument, date, status (in force, not in force, etc.) and other criteria. Legislation is provided with lists of amendments or in consolidated versions. The interface is available in Lithuanian, English, French, German or Russian, but the legislation is in Lithuanian only.

Constitution of Guyana

The 1980 Constitution of Guyana, as amended up to 2016, provided by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. There are chapters covering the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual, the role of parliament, the president, executive, judiciary and local government.

International Association for Legislation

Website of the International Association for Legislation (IAL), a charitable organisation that started in 1991 as the European Association of Legislation. The aim of the IAL is to improve legislation, promote research and teaching and to strengthen international cooperation in the field of legislation. Members of IAL include universities, law societies, national associations for legislation, parliamentary and government officials. The Association holds conferences and lectures and produces publications some of which can be downloaded from the site including the IAL Newsletter.

Corporate Veil Doctrine and its Implications in Offshore Jurisdictions

Online guide to the corporate veil doctrine in offshore jurisdictions written by Veronica Rozenfeld who is a Junior Associate at Capital Legal Services in Baku, Azerbaijan. The guide was published in 2025 on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The author gives a definition of the corporate veil doctrine as a “cornerstone of corporate law, shielding shareholders from personal liability for the obligations of their companies” and an overview of ‘offshore’ jurisdictions.

Mauritius Legal Information Institute

Website with free access to Mauritian legislation and official gazettes. The site is hosted by AfricanLII (part of the University of Cape Town’s Faculty of Law) in conjunction with Laws.Africa, a non-profit organisation that digitises African legal information for public use. The site has an advanced search function, which can be filtered by categories including case number, timeframe, citation etc. The site was last updated in November 2020.

Cayman Islands legislation

Free website hosted by the Cayman Islands Government, providing all current legislation pertaining to the territory. The legislation can be filtered by category (repealed, not in force, etc.) and the website includes an index and a search function. The site also provides links to external legislation (such as UK statutory instruments relevant to the Cayman Islands) and other legal resources.

Kluwer Copyright Blog

The Kluwer Copyright Blog is published by Kluwer Law International and provides information and news on European copyright law. There are articles by lawyers and academics covering the latest legal developments, case law and new publications. All articles can be browsed or searched by keyword and the complete collection can be filtered by date, jurisdiction, contributor or category. Recent articles have looked at copyright and AI policy in the UK in 2025, music streaming debates in 2025, new AI laws in Italy and Kazakhstan and copyright and the arts.

Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs

Official website of the South Sudan Ministry of Justice the government body dealing with legal matters, drafting laws and presiding over the judiciary and legal profession in the Republic of South Sudan. The laws of South Sudan including the Constitution are given on the site. An outline of the country’s criminal justice strategy and policies for strengthening human rights and the rule of law are also available along with information on the process for transitional justice and judicial reform following the conflict in South Sudan.
