Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission

An AustLII database containing decisions from the Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission from 1991 to 2016. Decisions are in full-text HTML format and can be searched or browsed by case name or date. Decisions from 2017 onwards are provided on the Western Industrial Relations Commission page on AustLII. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute is a collaborative public service developed by the University of Technology Sydney and the University of New South Wales to provide free internet access to legislation and cases for Australia.

Queensland Reports

Website of the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for the State of Queensland (ICLRQ). The ICLRQ publish the Queensland Reports and provide information about this subscription publication on the site. A number of free resources are also available including the Queensland Law Reporter (QLR) which is available online back to 2012. ICLRQ offer a Key Decisions Database providing summaries of key recent judgments of the Supreme Court of Queensland prior to their publication in the Queensland Reports. The judgements are arranged by subject and include a link to the full judgement.

Queensland Caselaw

Caselaw is a database of the Supreme Court Library Queensland providing free access to decisions of the Queensland Courts and Tribunals. All judgements of the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court Criminal Division (from 2000 onwards) appear on the site and selected judgements from the District Court, Magistrates Court, Children’s Court and others are available. Decisions can be searched or browsed by individual court or across the whole database and downloaded in full.

Anti-Discrimination Tribunal Queensland

An AustLII web database, containing selected decisions from the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Tribunal. The database contains full-text decisions in HTML format from 1992 until 2009. Comprehensive search facilities, alphabetical browse index, and list of recent cases are available. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials.

Employment tribunal decisions

Database of recent employment tribunal decisions from England, Wales and Scotland. The database was launched in April 2017 and is on the UK Government website. Tribunal judgments can be searched by key word and filtered by date, jurisdiction and/or subject (the list of subjects is called ‘Jurisdiction code’). Email alerts are available regarding new or updated decisions.

National Law Information Centre

The English-language version of this government website provides translations of South Korean legislation. Users can search, or browse law by subject area or by the relevant government department. A list of recently updated legislation can be found on the home page. There is also an overview of the South Korean legislative system and procedures. The Korean-language version provides Korean legislation, treaties and cases.

Judiciary of Kenya

Website of the Kenyan Judiciary. Provides cause lists and court decisions from the courts in Kenya, including the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and High Court. Describes the history of the judiciary in Kenya, and details the system of courts in place, with brief descriptions of the function of each court. Also contains information on the different offices of the judiciary, and a resource centre.

European Database of Asylum Law

The European Database of Asylum Law (EDAL) is maintained by the European Council on Refugees and Exiles (ECRE) and provides access to case law from 19 EU Member States interpreting refugee and asylum law as well as cases from the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. The database can be searched by keyword and filtered by date, country of applicate, country of decision or case type. Cases are provided as summaries with full text where available.
