Description:
An AustLII web database, containing selected decisions from the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Tribunal. The database contains full-text decisions in HTML format from 1992 until 2009. Comprehensive search facilities, alphabetical browse index, and list of recent cases are available. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials. From 2009 unresolved complaints concerning ‘unlawful discrimination, sexual harassment, vilification, and victimisation’ are referred to the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (for work-related complaints) and the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (all other complaints).
