Jurisprudence database provided by the Office of the General Rapporteur of the Special Jurisdiction for Peace (Jurisdicción Especial para la Paz, or ‘JEP’). The JEP is the judicial component of Colombia’s transitional justice system. It deals with the most serious crimes from the period of armed conflict involving the FARC guerillas (1964-2016). The Relati database has simple and advanced search facilities and a browse function. It is accompanied by information pages focusing on the ‘macro-cases’, with timelines, factsheets, decisions and other documents for each one.

International Association of Refugee and Migration Judges

Website of the International Association of Refugee and Migration Judges (iarmj) the membership organisation for judges undertaking migration work. The site has links to databases of refugee and migration decisions by courts in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Israel. There are also conference articles covering various aspects of refugee law – children, evidence, statelessness - freely available on the site. The iarmj has regional chapters covering Africa, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas along with newsletters for each region and profiles of key contacts.

Corporate Veil Doctrine and its Implications in Offshore Jurisdictions

Online guide to the corporate veil doctrine in offshore jurisdictions written by Veronica Rozenfeld who is a Junior Associate at Capital Legal Services in Baku, Azerbaijan. The guide was published in 2025 on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The author gives a definition of the corporate veil doctrine as a “cornerstone of corporate law, shielding shareholders from personal liability for the obligations of their companies” and an overview of ‘offshore’ jurisdictions.

Free database of international cases from more than fifty different institutions: courts, tribunals, commissions, committees and panels. Users can search the whole database or select particular institutions to search / browse. WorldCourts is a business based in British Columbia.

Kluwer Copyright Blog

The Kluwer Copyright Blog is published by Kluwer Law International and provides information and news on European copyright law. There are articles by lawyers and academics covering the latest legal developments, case law and new publications. All articles can be browsed or searched by keyword and the complete collection can be filtered by date, jurisdiction, contributor or category. Recent articles have looked at copyright and AI policy in the UK in 2025, music streaming debates in 2025, new AI laws in Italy and Kazakhstan and copyright and the arts.

Unified Court Records

The Unified Court Records database (UCR) holds the public courts records of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) and the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT) which was set up to deal with residual functions of the tribunals eg. future trials of remaining fugitives, appeals for early release, protective orders for witnesses and safeguarding of confidential documents.

Ministry of Justice

Official website of the Argentina Ministry of Justice the government department responsible for the administration of justice, enforcing the law, and upholding human rights. Details of the Ministry’s work is given covering criminal justice policy, human rights training and programmes providing access to justice including centres offering legal information, mediation services and assistance for victims of crime. Argentine laws, including legislation, decisions, codes and constitutions, are provided in full and can be searched using a simple or advanced search facility.

Supreme Court of Argentina

Website of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation, the highest court in Argentina, which decides on cases dealing with the interpretation of the constitution and administration of the judiciary. Full text judgements and summaries can be searched on the site and full text volumes of Supreme Court rulings are given back to 1863. There is also information on cases in progress, profiles of the Supreme Court judges, news items and a selection of FAQs. The site can be viewed in Spanish only.

Constitutional Court of Ecuador

Website of the Ecuador Constitutional Court, the body responsible for guaranteeing the validity and supremacy of the Constitution and constitutional rights. The site provides case summaries and selected full text judgements can be found in the monthly Jurisprudential Bulletins. Profiles of the judges are given along with a copy of the Constitution and full text laws governing the Constitutional Court. The site can be viewed in Spanish only

Supreme Judicial Council

Website of the Qatari Supreme Council of the Judiciary which oversees the courts and the independence of the judiciary. There is information on the court system in Qatar with overviews of the functions of each court including the Court of Cassation, the Court of Appeal, Court of First Instance, Investment Court, Civil Court, Family Court and Criminal Court. An encyclopedia of Qatari legislation is also given. The site can be viewed in Arabic only.
