Website of the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for the State of Queensland (ICLRQ). The ICLRQ publish the Queensland Reports and provide information about this subscription publication on the site. A number of free resources are also available including the Queensland Law Reporter (QLR) which is available online back to 2012. ICLRQ offer a Key Decisions Database providing summaries of key recent judgments of the Supreme Court of Queensland prior to their publication in the Queensland Reports. The judgements are arranged by subject and include a link to the full judgement.
Caselaw is a database of the Supreme Court Library Queensland providing free access to decisions of the Queensland Courts and Tribunals. All judgements of the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court Criminal Division (from 2000 onwards) appear on the site and selected judgements from the District Court, Magistrates Court, Children’s Court and others are available. Decisions can be searched or browsed by individual court or across the whole database and downloaded in full.
An AustLII web database, containing selected decisions from the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Tribunal. The database contains full-text decisions in HTML format from 1992 until 2009. Comprehensive search facilities, alphabetical browse index, and list of recent cases are available. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials.
Internet site of the Law Reform Commission established by the Queensland State Government in Australia. The site offers online access to recently published reports and recommendation documents. Current projects are also detailed on the site. These review the law relating to jury directions, jury selection laws and Queensland guardianship laws. Background information about the Commission, its membership and remit in the modernisation of Queensland State law and notes on how to make a submission to the Commission supported by an electronic feedback option are provided.

The site includes acts and their subordinate legislation as currently in force, acts as originally enacted and subordinate legislation as originally made back to 1991 and bills as originally introduced into Parliament. Repealed legislaton can be browsed alphabetically. There is help with searching and guidance on the use of annotations. All the legislation is searchable by keyword.
Website of the Queensland Human Rights Commission (QHRC), the statutory body responsible for administering the Anti-Discrimination Act 1991 in Queensland, Australia. The QHRC promotes equality of opportunity and deals with complaints that fall within the jurisdiction of the Anti-Discrimination Act. A selection of information brochures are provided on the site dealing with various aspects of discrimination including sexual harassment, age discrimination, gender identity, disability discrimination and racial and religious vilification.

Includes information about the Supreme Court, District Courts, Magistrates' Courts, Children's Court, and Mental Health Court, as well as the tribunals, such as the Consumer and Commercial Tribunal and the Land and Resources Tribunal. Judgments from the Queensland courts are available, along with practice directions and links to state legislation.

The site includes a selection of full-text publications made freely available on the website as PDF documents.
