Consolidated Acts of Samoa 2023

A PacLII database containing legislation from 2023 Consolidation of Laws of Samoa. Acts can be browsed by title, and there is a search facility. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, offers free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific. It is a joint initiative involving the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.

Fiji Consolidated Legislation

A PacLII database containing Fiji legislation from the 1985 Revised Edition of the Laws of Fiji, arranged alphabetically. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, provides free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific. It is a joint initiative of the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.

Tonga Consolidated Legislation

A PacLII database containing consolidated legislation of Tonga from the 1988 revised edition. The acts can be browsed by title or year, and there is a search facility. Vanuatu Legislation

A PacLII database containing full-text legislation in HTML format from Vanuatu. The legislation is taken from the 1988 consolidation with subsequent acts from 1998 onwards. Act name search and browse options are provided. Other indexes provided on the site include an Index of Statutory Orders, Acts and Regulations of the Vanuatu Parliament 1980 to 2008 and a Numerical List of Revised Acts 1988. The service is hosted and developed by PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, which provides free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific.

Information Society Project

Website of the Information Society Project (ISP), a research project managed by the Yale Law School. The ISP is concerned with the "implications of the Internet and new information technologies for law and society, guided by the values of democracy, human development, and social justice". Research programmes look at digital education, law and genomics and intellectual property reform and innovation. Papers prepared by research staff can be downloaded in full-text PDF.

Refugee Review Tribunal Decisions

An AustLII database featuring the full-text of published decisions of the Refugee Review Tribunal in Australia. The system offers a comprehensive search facility, case name search, and recent decisions listing. Data is supplied by the Tribunal in a format edited to protect the privacy of applicants and their relatives. All decisions from 1985 - 1st June 1999 are published. After that date only selected key decisions are published by the Tribunal.

Australian Trade Marks Office's Decisions

An AustLII Web database containing selected decisions of the Australian Trade Marks Offices from 1991 onwards. The system offers full search facilities, a case name search, alphabetical browse listing and recent decisions list. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials. Data from the Australian Trade Marks Office is supplied by IP Australia.

An AustLII Web database containing decisions of the Australian Patents Office from 1981 onwards. Decision texts are in HTML format. The service features full search facilities, a case name search, alphabetical browse option and recent cases list. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials. The data from the Australian Patent Office is supplied by IP Australia.

Law Times

Law Times is a weekly Canadian legal newspaper published by Canada Law Book. The website publishes headline legal news stories linking to selective online copies of articles available in the print version. There is also a section of case digests appearing in the current issue of the print version. A commentary section features editorial comment and letters to the editor.

Boston College International and Comparative Law Review

The Boston College International and Comparative Law Review is a biannual journal publishing commentary on international and EU law issues. It includes articles by both students and academics. Each spring issue of the journal features articles on a variety of international and comparative law topics; each winter issue is a survey of European Union developments. The website makes available several old issues of the journal (1999 to 2002), free of charge.
