PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, provides free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific; it is joint initiative of the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.
The Association for Participatory Democracy, known also as "ADEPT" is a non governmental body which seeks to promote democratic values in Moldova. Its website provides information on its aims, organisation and recent activities. It includes access to press releases, papers and reports relating to its monitoring of elections in Moldova since 2000. Also accessible are project reports on post-communist political and economic transitions in Moldova, assessments of the state of democracy, and the development of civil society. Information is offered in English.
The Irish Legal Information Initiative (IRLII) is a free site providing Irish legislation, cases and a journal index including a few full-text articles. The site is run by University College Cork Law Faculty to complement the services offered by the British and Irish Legal Information Institute (BAILII). IRLII contains the text of leading Irish cases and recent Irish statutes prior to inclusion in BAILII. Cases can be browsed by subject, court and date. Statutes are available from 1999 onwards and statutory instruments from 2002.
