Overview of the Spanish Legal System and Legal Research

A research guide for Spanish law, available on New York University's Globalex website. The guide is written by Olga Cabrero, a lawyer and graduate of the University of Barcelona School of Law, and was updated in 2023 by Esteban Cuyás Caudevilla and Gloria Priego Luqueby. The first part looks at governmental, parliamentary and judicial power in Spain, covers the status of autonomous communities and provides links to relevant websites.

Court of Appeal of Kiribati Decisions

A PacLII database containing decisions of the Court of Appeal of Kiribati from 1979 onwards. Cases can be browsed by name or year, and there is a search facility. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, provides free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific. It is a joint initiative involving the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII).

High Court of Kiribati Decisions

A PacLII database containing judgments of the High Court of Kiribati from 1963 onwards. Cases can be browsed by name or year, and there is a search facility. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, provides free access  to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific. It is a joint initiative of the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII).

India Code

Free online resource containing the acts of the Parliament of India from 1834 to date. The site also features lists of central acts, updated acts and a chronological status table for acts. The database may be searched by short title, year, act number, or keyword. Guidance on searching and the legislative drafting process are provided. The site also includes links to the Constitution of India, court websites and government departments. The service was developed by the Legal Informatics Division of the National Informatics Centre (NIC) in the Ministry of Information Technology.

Taxpunk

Taxpunk, formerly Tax Links, is an independent tax tech site established in July 2001 by German tax advisor Stefan Gross. The site provides a directory of online tax tools; a podcast about tax careers and corporate culture in the field of tax; and video interviews. The site is partly in German, partly in English.
