Residential Tenancies Tribunal of the Australian Capital Territory Decisions

An AustLII database featuring selected full-text decisions of Residential Tenancies Tribunal of the Australian Capital Territory from 1998 to 2009. Data is selected by the Tribunal and provided by permission of the Tribunal and the ACT Government. The database offers a comprehensive search facility, case name search, alphabetical browse list and recent updates list. The Australasian Legal Information Institute is a collaborative public service developed by the University of Technology to provide free Internet access to legislation and cases for Australian jurisdictions.

Australian Capital Territory Administrative Appeals Tribunal Decisions

An AustLII database, providing free access to the full-text of selected decisions of the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in Australian Capital Territory from 1993 to date. Recent cases are highlighted in a separate list. The system also offers a comprehensive search facility and alphabetical browse list. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials. Materials contained in the database are provided by permission of the ACT Administrative Appeals Tribunal Decisions.

Hong Kong Law Reform Commission Publications

A HKLII database containing reports and consultation papers from the Hong Kong Law Reform Commission in full-text in a range of formats. The service offers options to browse documents separately in reverse date order, supported by full publication and title search facilities. Data is provided by the Law Reform Commission of Hong Kong and is also freely available on the internet in the reports and papers section of the Commission's official website.

International Society of Family Law

Web pages describing the aims and work of scholarly society the International Society of Family Law (Association Internationale de Droit de la Famille, or Internationale Gessellschaft fur Familienrecht). The website is hosted at Brigham Young University in the United States. It provides information about membership and key officers, together with details of publications and conferences, copies of the ISFL Family Letter and a page of web links. Parts of the site are restricted to members.

University Association for Contemporary European Studies (UACES)

The University Association for Contemporary European Studies (UACES) is a UK-based organisation for both academics and practitioners. It promotes research and the establishment of research networks, provides a forum for debate. The website has a Resources section providing videos, podcasts, blogs, and advice for PhD students and early career researchers.  The Publications section links to the Association's open access journal, Contemporary European Politics, and other journals; it also includes blog posts, and lists recent books by UACES members.

A PacLII database containing legislation from 2023 Consolidation of Laws of Samoa. Acts can be browsed by title, and there is a search facility. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, offers free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific. It is a joint initiative involving the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.

A PacLII database containing Fiji legislation from the 1985 Revised Edition of the Laws of Fiji, arranged alphabetically. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, provides free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific. It is a joint initiative of the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.

Tonga Consolidated Legislation

A PacLII database containing consolidated legislation of Tonga from the 1988 revised edition. The acts can be browsed by title or year, and there is a search facility. Vanuatu Legislation

A PacLII database containing full-text legislation in HTML format from Vanuatu. The legislation is taken from the 1988 consolidation with subsequent acts from 1998 onwards. Act name search and browse options are provided. Other indexes provided on the site include an Index of Statutory Orders, Acts and Regulations of the Vanuatu Parliament 1980 to 2008 and a Numerical List of Revised Acts 1988. The service is hosted and developed by PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, which provides free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific.

Information Society Project

Website of the Information Society Project (ISP), a research project managed by the Yale Law School. The ISP is concerned with the "implications of the Internet and new information technologies for law and society, guided by the values of democracy, human development, and social justice". Research programmes look at digital education, law and genomics and intellectual property reform and innovation. Papers prepared by research staff can be downloaded in full-text PDF.
