Legislationline

Legislationline is a website provided by the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR), which is part of the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE). It consists primarily of a database of selected legal texts from countries within the OSCE region, as well as international legal materials. The purpose of this database is to provide examples of domestic legislation and international standards for the use of lawmakers in OSCE participating states.

Puerto Rico Self-Determination Legislation

A collection of materials and Internet links made freely available on the Puerto Rico Herald website covering the issues surrounding self-determination for the island. The text of the H.R. 856 United States - Puerto Rico Political Status Act is provided along with selected committee information. The Puerto Rico Self-Determination Act S.472 which calls for a plebiscite of Puerto Rico's citizens to determine the political status of the territory is also included along with background information to the act.

Environmental Law Foundation

The Environmental Law Foundation (ELF) is a national UK charity which links communities and individuals to legal and technical experts who can provide advice and information on how the law can help resolve environmental problems. ELF was established in 1992 and consists of a network of environmental solicitors, barristers, consultants and academics, who provide free initial advice and assistance and then, if required, further support on either a free, at cost or reduced-fee rate.

Parlamento Italiano

Official website of the Italian parliament, with information about its members and functions. Laws from 1996 onwards can be browsed by date, type or subject and legislation in progress can also be browsed, along with the decreti-leggi currently being considered and decreti-legislativi from 1996 onwards. Reports, agendas and other documents relating to parliamentary proceedings are also provided, along with information on the work of parliamentary committees.

Judiciary of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago

This site has information about the court system in Trinidad and Tobago, including judicial appointments. It provides practice directions and court forms, as well as a list of judgments of the Court of Appeal and the High Court from around 2009 onwards, including the full text of many decisions. Guidance for the public is available and there are sections of the site for lawyers, businesses and the media.

Direction Générale des Collectivités Locales

The Direction Générale des Collectivités Locales is the French general directorate of local authorities. It defines the rules for the operation and organisation of local authorities in France, distributes state funds to local authorities, and collects and disseminates local authority financial and statistical data. Its website offers a number of official documents relevant to local administration. The DGCL aims and objectives are available and an organisational chart. The site publishes maps and tables of statistical and financial data.

Federal law collection

Links to US federal law sources online, provided by the Legal Information Institute at Cornell University Law Library. Includes the US Code, and Supreme Court decisions and the websites of executive, judicial and legislative federal government agencies.

Consolidated Acts of Samoa 2023

A PacLII database containing legislation from 2023 Consolidation of Laws of Samoa. Acts can be browsed by title, and there is a search facility. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, offers free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific. It is a joint initiative involving the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.

Fiji Consolidated Legislation

A PacLII database containing Fiji legislation from the 1985 Revised Edition of the Laws of Fiji, arranged alphabetically. PacLII, the Pacific Islands Legal Information Institute, provides free access to legislation and cases for jurisdictions in the South Pacific. It is a joint initiative of the University of the South Pacific and the Australasian Legal Information Institute.
