The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Gazette

Free online version of the official gazette of Hong Kong, in English and Chinese. The Hong Kong Gazette publishes ordinances, regulations, bills, tenders and official notices. Both the main Gazette and its supplements are available and can be browsed by date or searched by key word. The Gazette is produced by the Printing Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China.

Chinalawinfo

Chinalawinfo is a subscription database providing Chinese legal information and materials translated into English. The service has been developed by the Legal Information Center at the Peking University Law School. Parts of the website can be accessed freely including Basic Laws which are laws adopted by the National People's Congress and its Standing Committee prior to January 1, 2006. An outline of the Chinese legal system, white papers and legal news stories are also made freely available.

beSpacific

beSpacific is a law and technology blog by Sabrina I. Pacifici, a law librarian and co-founder of the legal web journal LLRX.com. Focusing on the United States, it consists of more than 45,000 posts on subjects such as official documents, legislation, privacy, cyber-security, civil liberties, legal research, legal technology, intellectual property, the environment, the economy, the financial system, education, AI, journalism and knowledge management. The archive goes back to September 2002. beSpacific is intended for legal professionals, librarians and researchers.

Religlaw

The Religlaw website is maintained by the Brigham Young University International Center for Law and Religion Studies in Utah. There are links to religion and law news stories, guides to religious freedom and frameworks for law and religion in different jurisdictions.

Regulations.gov

Regulations.gov allows US citizens to access and comment upon every final and proposed regulation currently open for consideration in the US government legal newspaper 'The Federal Register'. These cover all aspects of economic, social and political legislation. It is possible to search by document type (such as public submissions, notices or rules), date, agency and docket type. Each entry gives a link to the text of the regulation and submitted comments can be read. Documents can be viewed in full text PDF or HTML.

Costa Rica Law

Established in 1997 by lawyer Roger A. Petersen, this site gives an English-language overview of the law of Costa Rica, with links to legislation (in Spanish). It also covers the economy, politics, demography and other subjects. The information is intended primarily for individuals and businesses with an interest in moving to, or operating in, the country. The Legal Topics section outlines more than twenty subjects, including banking law, civil law, consumer protection, criminal law, immigration, marriage and family law, and working in Costa Rica.

Parliament of Zimbabwe

Official website of the Parliament of Zimbabwe. The site describes the functions, structure and current activities of the parliament and its committees. The Constitution of Zimbabwe is available on the site, together with Hansard (parliamentary debates) from 2004 onwards and lists of current Members of Parliament.
