Internet site dedicated to UK employment law materials and matters, developed by DiscLaw Publishing Ltd and designed for employers, employees, lawyers and other professionals. The site is divided into a professional area with chargeable password access providing indexed and annotated copies of relevant legislation, forms and commentary by employment law experts and a free area with extracts from and index to the full service. The free section also features a service for locating UK solicitors with employment law expertise.

New Law Journal

Web pages for the New Law Journal, long established weekly news journal of legal happenings, practice, scholarship and debate, published by LexisNexis Butterworths. The site offers the contents of the latest issue only, with very limited online items in HTML format. An annual index of articles published in the print journal from 1997 onwards is also available. The site includes details of back copy ordering and subscriptions.

Entertainment and Sports Lawyer

This is the website for Entertainment and Sports Lawyer, published quarterly by the Forum on the Entertainment and Sports Industries of the American Bar Association. The Entertainment and Sports Lawyer is directed at lawyers who devote a major portion of their practice to entertainment, sports, arts, intellectual property law, and other related areas. It endeavours to provide current, practical information as well as public policy and scholarly viewpoints that it believes to be of professional and academic interest to Forum members and other readers.

Website of Kieron Wood, a barrister practising in Dublin, Ireland. The site contains articles, features and information on Irish legal matters. There are sections dealing with family law and civil law covering divorce, marriage, links to Irish family legislation, citizenship, labour law and defamation law in Ireland. There is a glossary of legal terms, contact details for other Irish barristers and a page of links to Irish legal sites.

General Council of The Bar

The Bar Council is the professional body representing barristers in England and Wales. The site provides information about the role of the Bar Council, the work of its various committees and copies of its annual reports. There is background information about barristers and their work, circuits, the Inns of Court and specialist bar associations. Details are given of the services the Bar Council provides for barristers, rules and guidance and a link to the online Bar Directory. Guidance is available for people instructing a barrister and shopping for legal services.

Law Society of Scotland

The Law Society of Scotland is the governing body for Scottish solicitors. The site provides information on what the Society does, the Scottish court system, famous Scottish lawyers and cases and a general history of Scots law. There is a directory of law firms and individual solicitors in Scotland along with a directory of the Society's Accredited Specialists. There is information aimed at members dealing with client care, legal aid, international relations and money laundering. A selection of forms is available to download.

European Journal of Law and Technology

The European Journal of Law and Technology (EJLT) was formerly known as the Journal of Information, Law and Technology (JILT). It is an eLib funded project to provide a peer reviewed journal for legal academics. It is intended to be a "living" journal which is not merely text on screen but will include multimedia features and encourage debate among readers. Regular features include book reviews, software, news items and conference announcements. The first issue was published in January 1996. EJLT is also available on BAILII (British and Irish Legal Information Institute).

Society of Advocates of Namibia

Website of the Society of Advocates of Namibia (Namibian Bar) the organisation representing members of the legal profession in Namibia. The site has information on the history and purpose of the Bar. There is background information on the Namibian legal system and the work of advocates in Namibia. The site also has a directory of members and a selection of summaries of decisions from the Namibia High Court.
