La Réforme de la Justice au Mali - Programme Décennal de Développement de la Justice

PRODEJ, Programme Décnnal de Dévloppement de la Justice, was set up in 1999 to promote access to justice in Mali and to improve confidence in the justice system, under the aegis of the Ministry of Justice of Mali. The site presents project documentation, including policy and planning documents, on legislative reform and modernisation and administration of justice. A collection of the legislation of Mali is included. Recent news bulletins are available along with a digest of Supreme Court cases from 1998 to 2007. The site is in French throughout.

LawNet

LawNet is hosted by PNMB-LawNet, an Internet Division of Percetakan Nasional Malaysia Berhad (the Malaysian government printing department). It is a subscription database providing access to updated legislation, an online copy of the Malaysia Gazette and selected judgments of the Privy Council. A page of links to Malaysian legal sites is made freely available.

Liechtenstein LILEX

Online collection of full-text laws of Liechtenstein published by the Government Legal Services. The site provides access to both consolidated legislation and the original versions taken from the Liechtenstein Legal Gazette (Landesgesetzblatt, LBGl). Laws are arranged by national legislation and international treaties and subjects can be viewed within these categories. These include private law, criminal law, finance, defence and the economy. Legislation can also be searched by keyword using simple or advanced search options.

Guide to researching the drafting history of international agreements, by Jonathan Pratter, Foreign and International Law Librarian at Tarlton Law Library, University of Texas at Austin. The guide was published in 2005 (and updated in 2025) on New York University's Globalex website. The author provides an introduction to travaux préparatoires, guidance on how to find them and details of publications which can help with this search.

Swedish law and legal materials

Swedish law research guide by Swedish academic law librarians Ingrid Kabir and Sofia Sternberg, published on New York University's Globalex website. Last updated in 2025, it provides background information on the Swedish legal system and constitution and gives links to free and subscription online sources of statutes and case law. The authors also provide guidance and links to Swedish portals and gateways, law faculties, law libraries, professional associations, journals and legal publishers.

Republic of Latvia Supreme Court

Official website of the Supreme Court of Latvia. The site provides background and historical information about the Court including its structure, the role of the Senate and Chambers and an outline of the Latvian court system. There is also a profile of the Chief Justice and selected decisions of the Supreme Court can be viewed in Latvian only. A page of links to other Latvian legal sites is also provided. The site can be viewed in English, Latvian and Russian.

Representing Children Worldwide

Representing Children Worldwide (RCW) was a research project of the Yale Law School conducted during 2005 by Clinical Professor Jean Koh Peters. The research is described as being a "global snapshot of legal provisions to guarantee children's right to express views freely in child protective proceedings". The project was concerned with child protection proceedings in the United States and other countries that are signatories to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of a Child (UNCRC). The site provides a summary of the research.

Estonian Legal Language Centre

Website of the Estonian Legal Language Centre, an agency of the Estonian Ministry of Justice whose role is to provide translation services for the government. The site provides access to English translations of Estonian legislation and Estonian translations of European Union legislation. The full-text laws can be browsed alphabetically by Estonian title or searched by keyword in the title or text of the document. Legislation is also organised by legal subject. A two-way electronic dictionary provides translations of terms used in both European Union and Estonian legislation.
