Connecticut Law Review

Website for the Connecticut Law Review which began publication in 1968, and is managed by students of the University of Connecticut School of Law. The aim is to produce a scholarly journal satisfying a variety of academic and professional interests. They also organise an annual symposium on a topical issue. Currently the site gives contents, and links to full text articles, for recent issues only. A longer archive is due to be added later. Other information provided includes details of the editorial board, submissions, and news of lectures and symposia.

Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies

Website for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, a student and faculty edited interdisciplinary journal published by Indiana University. The journal aims to publish articles considering a full range of international legal issues and situations pertinent to individual nations and regions such as ethnic conflict, globalization, human rights and environmental protection. The subscriptions tab links through to the publisher's website which provides contents of issues back to Vol 10, 2003, and subscription details for both print and electronic versions.

Emory Law Journal

Website for US academic law journal, Emory Law Journal, produced by the Emory University School of Law, Atlanta, Georgia in the United States. The journal publishes professional and student papers dealing with a full range of legal matters including alternative dispute resolution, antitrust and competition law, employment law and criminal law from a US perspective. The website provides access to full text articles with an archive back to 2004.

Journal of Legal Studies

Website for the Journal of Legal Studies (ISSN 0047-2530) a scholarly print journal published twice a year by the University of Chicago. Inaugurated in 1972, the Journal is an interdisciplinary publication of theoretical and empirical research on law and legal institutions. Economists, political scientists, sociologists, other social scientists, as well as legal scholars, contribute to the Journal. It features articles covering US and international topics including bankruptcy, damages and law reform. The site provides contents listings from 1972 onwards with abstracts from 1997 onwards.

University of Baltimore Law Forum

Web pages for a student law journal produced at the University of Baltimore, Maryland, USA. The journal aims to provide information for the Maryland legal community, including sampling of recent court decisions and more substantial articles on the justice system, legal practice and court procedures of state and wider relevance. Articles, commentary and profiles are written by judges, professors, practitioners, and students. The website currently presents full-text issues from 1999 to 2004.

Institute of Art and Law

The Institute of Art and Law (IALS) is a UK-based independent body dedicated to art law and cultural property law. It organises seminars on topics related to art and law for lawyers, historians, collectors, dealers, museum officials and others; it also offers a master's degree (LLM) in art law as well as other qualifications. The IAL website provides news updates on art and cultural heritage and gives details of IAL events and publications, including the institute's journal, Art Antiquity and Law. The site includes links to related art law sites.

Melbourne University Law Review

Website for the Melbourne University Law Review, published under this title since 1957 by students at the University of Melbourne Law School. The Review is a refereed academic journal with an international circulation and reputation. Run by a student editorial committee, it is published three times yearly (April, August and December) and seeks to encourage debate on legal issues as well as provide a forum for legal research and thinking. The Review publishes articles on all areas of law, from constitutional to international, jurisprudence to tax.

Brooklyn Law Review

Website of the Brooklyn Law Review (ISSN 0007-2362) a journal published quarterly by students at the Brooklyn Law School. The journal is aimed at jurists, practitioners and scholars and publishes articles covering a broad range of current US legal issues as well as notes and comments on new legislation and case law. One issue in each annual volume focuses on trends and cases in the US Second Circuit. The website presents contents pages from volume 61 (1995) onwards and full text content from volume 66 number 4 (2001) onwards.

Boston College Law Review

Website of Boston College Law Review a US law school journal published five times a year by Boston College Law School, Newton, Massachusetts, USA. The journal includes articles by prominent outside authors as well as students, discussing a wide range of legal matters of US national interest, including copyright law and immigrant rights and political funding. The site includes past issues from volume 42 (2001) onwards providing free access to contents and abstracts and to selected full text articles.
