Web Journal of Current Legal Issues

The Web Journal of Current Legal Issues was the first UK general law journal to be published purely electronically on the web. The award-winning journal contains refereed scholarly articles, comments and case notes and is published bi-monthly by the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. The focus of the journal is on current legal issues in judicial decisions, law reform, legislation, legal research, policy related socio-legal research, legal education, information technology and practice.

Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law

Website for Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law, an academic journal published by Yeshiva University in New York. The journal, formerly known as the New Europe Law Review, seeks to examine the legal, political, and social changes transforming international affairs. The site offers contents listings of published issues from volume 14, 2006 onwards. Full text articles from the journal are available to subscribers to HeinOnline.

Queen Mary Law Journal

Website for The Queen Mary Law Journal which is produced twice annually by students of the Queen Mary School of Law, University of London. The articles discuss current legal affairs and cover a variety of themes, international and domestic, speculative and practical, general and particular. The contributors have diverse backgrounds and experience, including recent undergraduates and former students. The website presents issues back to no. 5 online in PDF format.

William and Mary Law Review

Web pages for the William and Mary Law Review (ISSN: 0043-5589), edited by students and staff at the William and Mary School of Law at Williamsburg, Virginia, USA. The journal began publication in 1957 and is currently published six times a year. Articles written by academics, students and practitioners cover a wide range of legal and public issues. The website provides tables of contents from Volume 36 (1994-1995) onwards, together with full text of articles in the current volume.

Harvard Law Review

Website of the Harvard Law Review (ISSN 0017-811x) published eight times a year from November through to June. This well-established scholarly journal began publishing in 1887, and is currently edited independently by students at the Harvard Law School, Harvard University. The primary aim is to provide an effective research tool for practising lawyers and students of law. The journal includes articles, cases and comments made freely available in full text (PDF). Full text issues are provided from 2004 onwards.

Les Cahiers de Droit

Website for Les Cahiers de Droit, a legal review established in 1954 at Laval University Law faculty in Quebec, aiming to promote the development and evolution of legal sciences in Quebec and intended for practitioners and legal scholars. Four issues are published annually presenting articles on legal doctrine and bibliographic chronicles with an annual thematic issue offering a critical assessment of the state of law in Quebec, Canada and internationally. Bond Law Review

Peer reviewed open-access journal published by Bond University, Queensland, Australia. Focuses on Australian law and occasionally that of other jurisdictions, including New Zealand and China. The entire series is available, from volume 1, 1989, onwards.

Connecticut Law Review

Website for the Connecticut Law Review which began publication in 1968, and is managed by students of the University of Connecticut School of Law. The aim is to produce a scholarly journal satisfying a variety of academic and professional interests. They also organise an annual symposium on a topical issue. Currently the site gives contents, and links to full text articles, for recent issues only. A longer archive is due to be added later. Other information provided includes details of the editorial board, submissions, and news of lectures and symposia.

Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies

Website for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, a student and faculty edited interdisciplinary journal published by Indiana University. The journal aims to publish articles considering a full range of international legal issues and situations pertinent to individual nations and regions such as ethnic conflict, globalization, human rights and environmental protection. The subscriptions tab links through to the publisher's website which provides contents of issues back to Vol 10, 2003, and subscription details for both print and electronic versions.

Emory Law Journal

Website for US academic law journal, Emory Law Journal, produced by the Emory University School of Law, Atlanta, Georgia in the United States. The journal publishes professional and student papers dealing with a full range of legal matters including alternative dispute resolution, antitrust and competition law, employment law and criminal law from a US perspective. The website provides access to full text articles with an archive back to 2004.
