Constitution of Barbados

Electronic copy of the 1966 Constitution of Barbados made freely available online by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. The Constitution is provided in PDF and is amended up to 2007. There are chapters on citizenship, the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual, the role of the Governor-General and the powers and functions of the executive, legislative and judicial functions of government. 

Legislation of Ukraine

This site is compiled by Verkhovna Rada (the parliament) of Ukraine and provides access to a database of full-text Ukrainian legislation. The database can be searched by keyword, type, date and government department. The New Acts page lists legal instruments by date and issuing authority (Parliament, President, and so on); it can be browsed by date, month and other criteria. The site hasd Ukrainian, Russian and English interfaces, but Ukrainian search terms must be used, as the legislation is provided in Ukrainian only.

Queensland Law

The Queensland Law Collection provides free access to digitised legal materials including historical Queensland legislation and materials that were previously offered by Ozcase, a web collaboration project that finished in 2018.

Constitution of Benin

Electronic copy of the 1990 Constitution of Benin, along with subsequent amendments, made freely available online by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. The Constitution is provided in PDF. There are chapters on the state and sovereignty, rights and duties of the individual and the role of the executive, legislative and judicial powers.

The Constitution is provided in PDF and is amended up to 2013. There are chapters on fundamental rights, the role of the head of state and the executive, legislative and judicial powers.

Electronic copy of the 1920 Constitution of Austria (which was reinstated in 1945) made freely available online by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. The Constitution is provided in PDF and is amended up to 2009. The document describes the powers and functions of the executive, legislative and judicial functions of government. It also outlines the rights and responsibilities of the individual citizen.

Constitution of the Côte d'Ivoire

Electronic copy of the 2016 Constitution of the Côte d'Ivoire made freely available by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. The Constitution is provided in PDF and has sections on the founding principles of the Republic, the functions of the executive, legislative and judicial powers, the Constitutional Council and the traditional chieftaincy. It also outlines the rights and responsibilities of the individual citizen.
