Constitution of Haiti

The 1987 Constitution of the Republic of Haiti made freely available on the Political Database of the Americas, hosted by Georgetown University in the United States. This website can be viewed in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. A full text version of the Constitution of 1987 is provided in both English and French. The Constitution contains sections on the rights and duties of citizens, in addition to the judicial, legislative and executive branches of the government.

Athens Bar Association

Website of the Athens Bar Association. Describes the organisation and its work. Provides the Lawyers’ Code, news, recent legislation and other information.The site is entirely in Greek, except for a small English section which introduces the Assocation and gives contact details.

Greece - Constitution

The University of Bern’s International Constitutional Law website provides 2001 and 1986 versions of the Constitution of Greece, in English. An article about Greek constitutional history by Dr. George Katrougalos (Assistant Professor, Demokritos University) is also available, together with a historical timeline from the 2nd millennium BC to the 1990s.
