Teisės Aktų Registras

Official source of Lithuanian legislation, produced by the Office of the Lithuanian Parliament. Publication in the Register is deemed to be official publication of the legislative instrument. The database can be searched by key word, title, type of instrument, date, status (in force, not in force, etc.) and other criteria. Legislation is provided with lists of amendments or in consolidated versions. The interface is available in Lithuanian, English, French, German or Russian, but the legislation is in Lithuanian only.

Constitution of Guyana

The 1980 Constitution of Guyana, as amended up to 2016, provided by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. There are chapters covering the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual, the role of parliament, the president, executive, judiciary and local government.

Mauritius Legal Information Institute

Website with free access to Mauritian legislation and official gazettes. The site is hosted by AfricanLII (part of the University of Cape Town’s Faculty of Law) in conjunction with Laws.Africa, a non-profit organisation that digitises African legal information for public use. The site has an advanced search function, which can be filtered by categories including case number, timeframe, citation etc. The site was last updated in November 2020.

Cayman Islands legislation

Free website hosted by the Cayman Islands Government, providing all current legislation pertaining to the territory. The legislation can be filtered by category (repealed, not in force, etc.) and the website includes an index and a search function. The site also provides links to external legislation (such as UK statutory instruments relevant to the Cayman Islands) and other legal resources.

The Statutes Project

Free online access to historical acts of the English / British / UK parliaments from the thirteenth century onwards, provided by historian John Levin. As well as a searchable collection of digitised statutes, the site includes bibliographies of digitised legislation from the UK, Ireland, Isle of Man, former British colonies, France and Russia. It also has a Slavery Law section, with links to British legislation and cases relating to slavery and the slave trade.

Cour Suprême de Guinée

The Supreme Court of Guinea's website has an introduction to the court, lists of hearings for each chamber, news and event information. Also provides a collection of legislation, including codes, laws and the Constitution. The main site is in French, but a limited English version is available.

Assemblée Nationale du Bénin

Website of Benin’s parliament, the Assemblée Nationale. The Présentation section includes the text of the Constitution and the 2019 law reforming it, as well as general information about the history and composition of the assembly. A legislation database is available under ‘Répertoire des lois’. Information about parliamentary proceedings is provided and there are downoadable reports and other publications. The site is in French.

Documenthèque

Database of Beninese laws, decrees, ordinances and other legislation from 1960 onwards, as passed, together with documents issued by the Council of Ministers. Users can search by type of document, date and/or key word. The site is provided by the Secretariat-General of the Government of Benin, in French.
