Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions

Website of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) in Australia whose primary role is to prosecute offences against Commonwealth law. The site explains the role and the organisation of the DPP and provides a copy of the Corporate Plan. United Kingdom Employment Appeal Tribunal

A BAILII database containing Full Hearing judgments of the Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) which are transcribed or handed down by the Tribunal. The EAT deals with appeals from the decisions of the Employment Tribunals, the Certification Officer and the Central Arbitration Committee Employment Appeal Tribunal.
