A collection of free e-learning packages by the Advisory Conciliation and Arbitration Service (ACAS), covering matters such as discipline and grievance; managing absence; contracts and written statements; handling redundancy; working parents; bullying and harassment; sexual orientation; religion and belief and age discrimination. Free registration is required to access the courses.

Canadian Judicial Council

Website of the Canadian Judicial Council (CJC). The CJC was established in 1971 with the aim of improving the quality of the Canadian judiciary. Areas of work include the continuing education of judges, handling complaints against federally appointed judges and recommending on judicial salaries. A selection of FAQs provide information about the judicial system. There are also links to the Canadian Constitution, the section of the Judges Act which governs the CJC and the Council's by-laws and procedures. A list of CJC publications is provided, some of which are available in full.

War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation Tribunal

Website of the First-tier Tribunal (War Pensions and Armed Forces Compensation) which hears appeals relating to the schemes that provide compensation for injuries in the Armed Forces and from ex¹servicemen or women who have had their claims for a War Pension rejected by the Secretary of State for Defence. The site has forms and guidance to download explaining how to claim a war pension and how to appeal against decisions.

Lennuamet

This is the official website of the Estonian Civil Aviation Administration, responsible for civil aviation state inspection and supervision of the implementation of national laws and regulations. The site describes the structure of the Administration, with details of its subordinate departments, air companies, airports, and aircraft. There is a collection of legislation, including the aviation act, national and international law, and the commercial code.

World Trade Organization

WTO research guide compiled by the Peace Palace Library at The Hague. Gives a brief introduction to the WTO, a bibliography and links to blogs and other web resources. Also mentions relevant databases. The guide is primarily intended for users of the Peace Palace Library, so it focuses on print and online material available at the Library; however, the information is also of interest to other researchers. The guide is in English.

American Antitrust Institute

Website of the American Antitrust Institute (AAI) a non-profit research and advocacy organisation, founded in 1998, whose aim is " to increase the role of competition, assure that competition is fair, and challenge unduly concentrated power in the American and world economy". The AAI website provides information about the activities of the Institute with the most recent activities on its home page and older items (back to 1998) in the 'Archives' section. Included here are articles, educational materials, details of workshops, presentations, conference reports and book reviews.

Centre for Restorative Justice

The Centre for Restorative Justice at the Simon Fraser University in Canada is funded by the Correctional Service of Canada and provides education, training and research in the field of restorative justice (RJ). The website has a searchable database of restorative justice resources which includes introductory materials, resources for RJ practitioners and scholarly literature. There is a selection of legal cases relevant to restorative justice which include summaries and links to the full-text of the judgement in PDF.

Center on Juvenile & Criminal Justice

The Center on Juvenile & Criminal Justice (CJCJ) is a non-profit organisation based in California whose aim is to advocate humane criminal justice policy and promote public safety. The website gives details of the CJCJ's work with young offenders, which includes model programs, projects and research. There is also a collection of CJCJ reports, blogs, factsheets and other publications, including the Justice Policy Journal.

Vabariigi Valitsus

This is the official website of the Estonian Government. The site includes details of the Cabinet of ministers, their biographies and areas of activity, and news and press releases. Also included are details of current activities, including plans and projects, mission and priorities, economic and foreign policy, and Estonia's relations with NATO and its membership of the EU.
