International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea

The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea (ITLOS) is a judicial body established by the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. It is based in the German city of Hamburg. Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission

The Scottish Criminal Cases Review Commission (SCCRC) was set up in 1999 to look at cases involving possible miscarriages of justice. Common Core of Private European Law

The Common Core of Private European Law is a project based at the University of Trento in Italy, involving academics from Europe and the United States. The aim of the project is to analyse the private law of EU member states in order to establish the common elements. Website of the Scottish Council of Law Reporting, a non-profit company made up of Scottish judges, advocates and solicitors, whose purpose is to manage the publication of its Session Cases law report series and other materials. The site gives subscription information for the Sessions Cases which can be accessed online and in hard copy. There is a comprehensive collection of legal links focussing on the law in Scotland and organised by subject.
