This is the full text online edition of the US law school journal published up to five times a year. Online version begins with Volume 48, No. 1, Fall 1996. The journal aims to contribute to information exchange and development of legal scholarship through the medium of the Internet.

DEPOLIB - Depository Libraries of the United Nations System

This database provides a worldwide list of libraries which are depositories of official documents from the United Nations and organisations within the UN system including: the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), International Civil Aviation Organization; International Labor Organization, UNESCO and the World Bank. Each entry contains contact addresses, telephone numbers and links to websites where appropriate. The site can be searched or browsed, for example by country.

Committee on the Administration of Justice

The Committee on the Administration of Justice (CAJ) was established in 1981 and seeks to maintain high standards in the policing and administration of justice in Northern Ireland and to ensure that it complies with international human rights law. The website provides details on the purpose and activities of the organisation. It includes annual reports from 1995 onwards, lists of publications and recent press releases and newsletters produced.

Equality Commission for Northern Ireland

The Equality Commission for Northern Ireland is an independent public body. They have three main duties: to work towards the elimination of sex discrimination; to promote equality of opportunity between women and men; and to keep the legislation under review. This is the only government appointed body in Northern Ireland with statutory power to enforce the Sex Discrimination (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 and the Equal Pay Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 as amended.

Inter-American Commission on Human Rights

The Inter-American Commission on Human Rights (IACHR) is a body in the Inter-American system and an organ of the Organisation of American States (OAS) which promotes and protects human rights in the Americas. Its website provides information on the purpose, operation and activities of the IACHR. This includes access to the full-text of a number of documents produced by the body, including annual reports, reports on the human rights situation in specific, Latin South American or Central American nations and investigations into human rights violations within the region.

Employment Appeal Tribunal

The Employment Appeal Tribunal (EAT) is the senior court in England and Wales which deals with appeals from decisions of the Employment Tribunals. Its website provides information on the purpose, operation and current work of the tribunal. This includes information on procedure, schedules of forthcoming works and a searchable database of decisions in cases from 1999 onwards. Typical areas dealt with include: unfair dismissal cases, disputes over contacts of employment and sex discrimination at work.

Centre for European Reform

The Centre for European Reform (CER) is a UK think-tank that is pro-European in nature, though not uncritical. The website provides information on the Centre's research, events and other activities. It includes details of publications, many of which are available in full-text online, a blog, and extracts from press reports quoting the CER statements. Research topics currently include EU foreign policy, competitiveness, enlargement, EU institutions and the Euro.

Estates Gazette Interactive

This site provides access to the online version of the Estates Gazette on payment of a subscription fee. The Estates Gazette is a leading weekly journal in the field of UK housing and property law. It contains current news, legal updates, case notes and journal articles covering a wide range of issues relating to housing, the property market, planning and housing law. Information on subscription fees can be obtained from the site, and a short-term free trial is also available.

The Legislative Observatory

The European Parliament's Legislative Observatory website, also known as OEIL, consists mainly of a searchable database tracking every proposal through the EU legislative process. All ongoing legislative procedures are included, plus concluded procedures going back to July 1994. For each procedure, there are summaries of key stages in the legislative process and forecasts of future stages. Links to the full text of many legislative documents are provided.
