It traces the constitutional and historical origins of the process of impeachment in the United States and then discusses its use in practical situations. These include the case of Richard Nixon and the Watergate scandal. Consideration is also given as to whether impeachment might occur in relation to Bill Clinton and the Monica Lewinsky case . The United Kingdom Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) is the part of the Department of Transport responsible for investigating the causes of civil aircraft accidents. Its website contains information on the work of the organisation, including its history and the civil aviation laws and regulations within which it operates. The site also provides reports on air safety and the Air Accident Monthly Bulletin from 2005 onwards.

Death Penalty Information Center

Website of the Death Penalty Information Center (DPIC), a non-profit organisation providing analysis and information on issues concerning capital punishment. The Center was founded in 1990 and prepares in-depth reports, fact sheets, resources, statistics and press releases on the death penalty. Subjects covered include, clemency, innocence, juveniles, mental illness, race and women. A state-by-state database provides information on whether individual states have the death penalty, the number of people on death row and the number of executions since 1976.

Intellectual Property Office

The Intellectual Property Office is responsible for granting intellectual property (IP) rights in the United Kingdom. Its website provides information about patents, designs, trade mark, including legislation, official notices, research commissioned by the IPO, procedural forms, guidance and databases of trademarks, registered designs and patents.

House of Lords

The House of Lords is the upper chamber of the UK parliament. Its section of the parliamentary website provides detailed information about the work of the House, including Hansard (parliamentary debates) from November 1995 onwards, current bills before Parliament and the reports of House of Lords select committees.

Dispute Resolution Services: ICC: International Chamber of Commerce

Dispute resolution section of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) website. Provides information about the ICC International Court of Arbitration and other ICC dispute resolution services, covering costs, rules, model clauses and other topics. The Professional Development section has a link to the ICC Dispute Resolution Library (however, this is easier to find from library.iccwbo.org). The Dispute Resolution Library is partly fee-based, but has a free facility for looking up ICC awards to find out where they have been published.
