Website of the Wyoming State Bar the professional organisation regulating the practice of law in Wyoming in the United States. The site provides information aimed at members and the public. There is a directory of members, a selection of FAQ's on how to make a complaint against a lawyer and links to Wyoming legislation. Press releases are available on the site dealing with Bar news and disciplinary issues. There is also a link to the full-text Wyoming Court Rules, a selection of downloadable forms and links to other Wyoming legal sites.

Bar Association of the District of Columbia

The Bar Association of the District of Columbia (BADC) is a voluntary bar association representing members of the Washington DC legal community. The site has information about the BADC including contact details for officers, sections and committees. News from the BADC is made available in their free online newsletter, Hearsay which is presented in PDF format on the site. There are also details of the BADC's campaign, Operation Crackdown that provides free legal representation to community groups to help them fight the problems of drug related crime.

West Virginia State Bar

Website of the West Virginia State Bar the organisation representing members of the legal profession in the US state of West Virginia. The site has information about the activities of the State Bar along with contact details of the Board of Governors and members of the various committees. There is a membership directory and information relating to disciplinary procedures and rules of professional conduct. Access is also provided to full-text legal ethics opinions. Wisconsin Lawyer

The Wisconsin Lawyer is the monthly publication of the State Bar of Wisconsin (WisBar), the body representing members of the legal profession practising in the state of Wisconsin in the United States. Contents of the journal, and some abstracts and full text, are available back to 1997. Back issues can be searched by date or topic. Feature articles focus on Wisconsin law and legal developments. Washington State Bar Association

The Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) is an administrative arm of the Washington State Supreme Court regulating and representing the legal profession in Washington. The site has information about the WSBA including contact details for the different departments and the activities of the various committees and sections.There is a member's directory, formal and informal ethics opinions and press releases detailing WSBA news back to 2000.

Virginia Lawyer

Website of the Virginia Lawyer one of the official journals of the Virginia State Bar (VSB). The journal is published about 8 times a year and is made freely available online back to 1999. The Virginia Lawyer shares its website with the VSB's other official publication, the Virginia Lawyer Register. While the Virginia Lawyer provides substantive articles on legal topics the Virginia Lawyer Register deals more with the activities of the VSB.

The website has facts about the VSB including contact details for the Executive Committee, members of the VSB's committees and members of staff. There is information about the various sections, copies of annual reports and professional guidelines (in PDF format) and a directory of attorneys who have been publicly disciplined since January 1991.

State Bar of Texas

Website of the State Bar of Texas (SBOT) the organisation representing attorneys licensed to practice law in Texas in the United States. The site provides news and information about the SBOT, a directory of members and links to Texas legal resources. There are free online resources for lawyers focusing on law office management. Issues covered include preparing a cash flow budget, law office marketing and how to set billing rates.

Tennessee Bar Association

Website of the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA) a voluntary bar association representing the legal profession in Tennessee in the United States. The site has information about the TBA including contact details for the Board of Governors and the House of Delegates, information about the various sections and committees and a directory of members. For the public there is a selection of brief reports focusing on Tennessee law dealing with different legal topics including family law, employment, mediation, criminal law and immigration.
