Immigration & Protection Tribunal

This New Zealand tribunal has replaced the Residence Review Board, the Refugee Status Appeals Authority, the Removal Review Authority and the Deportation Review Tribunal. Its web page, part of the New Zealand Ministry of Justice's website, provides the decisions of the Tribunal and its predecessors, together with guidance, legislation, practice notes, annual reports and statistics.

Waitangi Tribunal

Official website of the Waitangi Tribunal, the permanent commission of inquiry established under New Zealand's Treaty of Waitangi Act 1975. The Tribunal hears claims relating to breaches of the treaty. The website provides the reports of the Tribunal on claims under the act and the text of the treaty in English and Maori. It also gives procedural guidance and makes available a collection of research reports.

Ministry of Justice: Algerian Law Portal

The Algerian Ministry of Justice law portal provides access to a range of legal materials. Full text legislation including legal codes and laws relating to trade and business are given along with details of international agreements Algeria is party to. Decisions of the Supreme Court, copies of the Official Gazette and the Algerian Constitution can also be viewed online. The site can be viewed in Arabic or French only.

Tribunal Constitucional Chile

Official website of the Constitutional Court of Chile, whose role is to review the constitutionality of laws. Provides background information about the court and details of its composition, court rules, a link to the Constitution, cause lists and minutes of proceedings. The 'Sentencias' section has judgments delivered in the last 30 days or so and the 'Informes en Derecho' section provides judgments back to 1969. The site is in Spanish only.

Supreme Court of Albania

Official website of the Supreme Court of Albania, providing the Albanian Constitution, laws relating to the Supreme Court, and judgments from 1999 onwards, in Albanian only.  Also has a calendar of forthcoming cases, a history of the Albanian court system and information about judicial appointments. A limited English version of the site is available.

World Law: Niue

World Legal Information Institute (WorldLII) page for Niue, an island in the South Pacific. Provides searchable collections of cases and legislation, together with links to Niue's constitution, courts and case law, legislation, government departments and other law-related resources and websites. This section of WorldLII was developed from work initiated by the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII).

An Introduction to Venezuelan governmental institutions and primary legal sources

Online guide to government and primary legal materials of Venezuela written by Luis Bergolla a J.S.D. candidate Stanford Law School and Visiting Scholar at the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law. The guide was published in 2006 (and updated in 2022) on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The author provides background information to Venezuela and descriptions of the various forms of government including the executive, legislative, judicial, citizen and electoral powers.

Isle of Man Courts of Justice

The official website of the Isle of Man courts, providing information about the Manx judicial system, court listings, legal aid information, court rules, court forms, lectures, news and other material. Judgments are available via a link to Isle of Man Judgments Online. The Isle of Man is a self-governing Crown dependency which is not part of the United Kingdom.

Isle of Man Judgments Online

Isle of Man Courts website, providing judgments handed down by the Isle of Man Courts of Justice. It has almost all judgments delivered from 2002 onwards and most of those delivered between 2000 and 2001. Judgments of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council (Supreme Court of the Isle of Man) and relevant judgments of the European Court of Human Rights are also provided, under 'Other judgments'. Cases can be browsed by court or searched by keyword or case number. The Isle of Man is a self-governing Crown dependency which does not form part of the United Kingdom.

Supreme Court of the United Kingdom

Official website of the UK Supreme Court, the final court of appeal for civil cases in the UK and for criminal cases from England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The site provides a comprehensive collection of judgments, details of ongoing cases, a schedule of court sittings and an outline of the Court's history and role. Live and recorded video footage of court sittings are available, together with court forms, court rules, practice directions and other procedural information.
