Kenya Law

Website of Kenya Law, provided by the National Council for Law Reporting. A free searchable database of cases is provided, going back to the 1970s; many cases are available in full, but for some only brief details are given. The Laws of Kenya are provided on the same website, together with other legal material, including the Kenya Gazette back to 2003, bills, cause lists from various courts, a treaty database, and a collection of articles and commentaries. The site also has information about the history of law reporting in Kenya.

Digital Law Online

Digital Law Online was established by Professor Lee A. Hollaar of the School of Computing at the University of Utah and was last updated in 2016. It contains an online version of Professor Hollaar's 2002 book, "Legal Protection of Digital Information." The book deals with copyright and patent law, including protection of software and other digital works; the emphasis is on US law. Links are given to all cases, statutes and congressional reports referred to in the text. The book is updated on the site and supplementary information is provided.

OHADA.com

OHADA.com provides information and documentation relating to the Organization for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa, including the OHADA Treaty, OHADA uniform acts and implementing rules in English and French. Summaries of the judgments of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) are provided in French only; for the full text (also in French), registration is required but there is no charge.

Legal Resources Foundation

The Legal Resources Foundation (LRF) is a charitable trust concerned with the promotion of human rights and access to justice in Zimbabwe. Its website gives an overview of the foundation's activities in the areas of legal education, legal services and development of the justice system, together with details of its research and advocacy. The Resources section includes research reports, a platform to help people apply for legal aid, and pamphlets on areas of law of interest to the general public; it also has a small selection of case summaries. 

Supreme Court of Pakistan

Official website of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, with background information about the court and the judiciary, cause lists and a judgments database. Other materials available on the site include the Supreme Court Rules, an overview of the judicial system of Pakistan, and the Supreme Court Research Centre's Quarterly Case Update.

High Commercial Court of the Republic of Croatia

Official website of the Croatian High Commercial Court (HCCRC), which hears appeals against decisions made by the commercial courts. Provides background information about the work of the HCCRC and gives contact details for the commercial courts. Includes a selection of legislation and codes of ethics. There is also a link to a judgments database. A partial English interface is available, but most of the site is in Croatian only.

International Domain Name Law Library (Prototype)

This WorldLII project aims to make searchable from one location all decisions arising out of disputes relating to Generic Top Level Domains (gTLD) and Country Code Domains available on WorldLII (World Legal Information Institute). The decisions included on the databases have been made by international bodies such as the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre (ADNDRC), the National Arbitration Forum (NAF), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the CPR Institute for Dispute Resolution.

Youth Court of New Zealand

Website of the New Zealand Youth Court, describing the work of the court and the nature of its proceedings. Guidance aimed at young people, families and victims is provided. There are links to summaries of decisions from 1998 to 2016 and to full (anonymised) decisions from 2016 onwards (both collections are on the New Zealand District Court website, which in turn has a link to archived summaries going back to 1988).
