Web Journal of Current Legal Issues

The Web Journal of Current Legal Issues was the first UK general law journal to be published purely electronically on the web. The award-winning journal contains refereed scholarly articles, comments and case notes and is published bi-monthly by the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. The focus of the journal is on current legal issues in judicial decisions, law reform, legislation, legal research, policy related socio-legal research, legal education, information technology and practice.

Journal of South Pacific Law

Website of The Journal of South Pacific Law which is published by the School of Law at the University of the South Pacific and made freely available online in full-text. Content is focused on the laws of the South Pacific region including the jurisdictions of the Cook Islands, Fiji Islands, Kiribati, Marshall Islands, Nauru, Niue, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu. The journal publishes a wide range of material and legal research including refereed articles, working papers, conference reports, case notes and book reviews.

Rutgers Law Journal

The Rutgers Law Journal is the law review for the Rutgers University School of Law at Camden, USA and is edited by second and third year students. Each annual volume of the Law Journal comprises 4 issues, with each issue containing a collection of articles, notes, book reviews, development pieces and comments. Articles concentrate on current and interesting legal scholarship as well as some interdisciplinary topics of particular interest to the legal community. A special annual issue on State Constitutional Law under the supervision of Professor Robert F.

European Environmental Law Network

The European Environmental Law Network's website contains dossiers of articles and papers on air quality, European climate policy and the Francovich case, together with EU environmental case law, EU treaties and secondary legislation and other EU documentation. There is a National Pages section covering forty different countries (EU member states, candidate countries and other states such as Russia and Israel). For each country there are links to a wide variety of environmental law sites, including sources of legislation, case law and commentary.

Kituo Cha Katiba: Eastern African Centre for Constitutional Development

Kituo Cha Katiba is a research centre based at Makerere University. It aims to promote research into constitutionalism, constitutional development, constitutional law in East African nations. Main countries covered are Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Zanzibar. The site provides information on the aims and work of the body. It includes access to its annual state of constitutionalism reports from 1999 to date, plus reports from its surveys and fact finding missions in East Africa.

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania

The website of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania is available in both English and Lithuanian. It contains information about the Court including details of its functions and powers, proceedings and judges, and the text its rulings, decisions and conclusions from 1993 onwards. The site has statistics on petitions and inquiries received at the Court from 1993 onwards and text of the Constitution and the Law on the Constitutional Court. A list of publications of the Court and links to other sites containing Lithuanian legal information are also provided.

New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission decisions

An AustLII database, providing free access to selected decisions of the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission from 1985 to date. The system includes a comprehensive search facility and browsing by case name and date. AustLII, the Australasian Legal Information Institute has been developed by the University of Technology in Sydney to provide public access to primary legal materials. An AustLII database, providing free access to selected full-text decisions in HTML format of the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission from 1999 to date. The system features full search facilities, alphabetical case name browse list, and list of recent cases.
