Constitution of Tajikistan

Electronic copy of the 1994 Tajikistan Constitution made freely available online by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. The Constitution is provided in PDF and is amended up to 2003. The document sets out the rights and powers of the executive, legislative and judicial functions of government in the region. It also details the individual rights of the citizen.

Constitution of South Korea

Electronic full text copy of the 1948 Constitution of the Republic of Korea as amended up to 1987 made freely available online by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. The Constitution sets out the functions and powers of the executive, legislative and judicial functions of government in the region. It also describes the rights and duties of the individual citizen.

The document sets out the functions and powers of the main branches of government, including the judiciary, executive and legislative bodies. It also details the rights of individual citizens.

The Constitution details the structure of the state, the role and powers of the main branches of government including the legislature, executive and judiciary, regional government and the Constitutional Court. It also sets out the rights and responsibilities of the individual citizen within the region.

Constitution of Portugal

The text of the 1976 Portuguese Constitution, updated to 2005, provided in English and made freely available online by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. There are sections on fundamental principles and on the organisation of political power and the economy.

Constitution of Libya

Electronic copy of the 2011 Constitution of Libya, amended up to 2012, made freely available online by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. A draft copy of the 2016 Constitution is also given on the site. This covers the form of the state and system of government, fundamental rights and freedoms, the constitutional court and local government.

Virginia Journal of Law and Technology

Website of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology (VJOLT) an electronic legal journal produced by students at the University of Virginia School of Law. VJOLT contains feature articles focused on the "issues arising from the intersection of law and technology". Issues are available back to 1997 with full-text articles presented in PDF format and abstracts provided in HTML. Articles can be browsed by date or topic including biotechnology, comparative law, emerging technologies, internet, privacy, telecommunications and patent law.

Website of US legal publisher Hein whose products and services include HeinOnLine a subscription database containing legal periodicals, U.S. Reports and the U.S. Federal Register. Hein also publish legal texts, microform publications and distribute legal periodicals. The site has information about the history of the company and its mission statement. There is a catalogue of book and journal titles published by Hein and other legal publishers which can be browsed by subject or searched by author, title or ISBN.
