Electronic copy of the 1973 Constitution of Pakistan made freely available online by the Comparative Constitutions Project at the University of Texas at Austin. The Constitution can be viewed in PDF or HTML and is amended up to 2018. There are chapters on fundamental rights, the federation of Pakistan, the judicature and Islamic provisions.

Muslim Family Law Index

Research project based at Syracuse University in the United States, assessing Islamic / Muslim family laws in 53 jurisdictions from the point of view of human rights and the rule of law. The site provides indexes showing the extent of adherence to human/women’s rights and the rule of law. It also makes available an outline of the research methodology, downloadable data, a list of publications and a database of national legislation (free registration required for access to the database).

Critical Legal Collective

The Critical Legal Collective (CLC) is a US-based group of scholars and activists focusing on branches of critical legal theory, including Critical Race Theory, Asian American Legal Scholarship, ClassCrits, Critical Legal Studies, Feminist Legal Theory, eCRT (empirical Critical Race Theory), Indigenous Law and Policy, Jurisprudence of Distribution, LatCrit, Law & Political Economy and Third World Approaches to International Law. The website has brief details of CLC projects concerning academic freedom, constitutional law, critical education, and democracy in higher education institutions.

Trans Legislation Tracker

Trans Legislation is an independent research organisation monitoring US state and federal legislation relating to trans and gender-diverse people. Its online tracker provides detailed information about anti-trans bills and monitors their progress; it also covers Presidential executive orders. Full tracking information is available for each year from 2022 onwards, while earlier information (2015 onwards) can be found under ‘The Rise of Anti-Trans Bills’.

State Legislation Tracker

Online tool tracking the progress of both pro- and anti-LGBTQ+ state legislation in the United States. Gives the current status of each bill and offers AI-generated comparisons between versions. Users can register for alerts regarding particular bills. The tracker is provided by the Equality Federation, a non-profit network for state LGBTQ+ advocacy bodies.

AJIL Unbound

Website of AJIL Unbound a supplement to the American Journal of International Law. Both journals are published by the American Society of International Law. AJIL Unbound is aimed at international law policymakers, practitioners and students and includes articles focusing on developments in public international law and private international law. All content is free to access online.

Internally Displaced Persons

Online article focusing on the legal aspects of internal displacement- where people have had to flee their homes to avoid violence, disasters or human rights violations but remain within their country’s borders. The article was written by Aderomola Adeola who is Director of the Global Hub on Internal Displacement. The article was published in 2025 on the Globalex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law.
