Online guide to Italian legal research and Internet resources written by Elio Fameli who is Associated Research Director at the Istituto di Teoria e Tecniche dell’Informazione Giuridica (ITTIG) and Francesco Fameli a lawyer working in Florence. The guide was published in 2005 and updated in 2021. The guide is provided on the GlobaLex website and made freely available by the Hauser Global Law School Program at the New York University School of Law. The guide includes an introduction to the Italian legal system along with a review of printed sources of Italian law and electronic legal information. There is a section on major portals, databases and CD-Roms covering Italian legislation and jurisprudence and appendices containing web links to the main legal sites and a glossary of Italian legal terms.
