The Law Handbook is a practical plain English guide to the law in South Australia aimed the public, students, community groups and government departments. Legal Services Commission of South Australia

Official website of the South Australian Legal Services Commission (LSC) which was established in 1977 to increase access to justice by providing free legal advice and legal aid to people who cannot afford private legal representation. The website explains the role of the LSC and gives guidance to claiming legal aid including a downloadable application form (in PDF). There is also information on the Legal Advice Service, courses run by the LSC and a link to the online Law Handbook. A reference guide on applying for legal aid is provided for legal practitioners.

Indigenous Law Bulletin

Website of the Indigenous Law Bulletin (ILB) a refereed journal which appears eight times a year and is published by the Indigenous Law Centre at the University of New South Wales in Australia. The journal which started in 1981 provides "up-to-date information, discussion and analysis of issues that relate to Indigenous peoples and the law." Subjects covered by the journal include human rights, intellectual property, sovereignty, native title, land rights and discrimination.

Native Title Research Unit

The Native Title Research Unit (NTRU) forms part of the Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies in Canberra, Australia. The Unit provides a research service for people researching native title (the land rights of indigenous peoples) and an annotated list of native title legal research resources including reports, articles, judgements, bibliographies, courts and other organisations. A.C.T. Legislation Register

The ACT (Australian Capital Territory) Legislation Register is hosted by the Parliamentary Counsel's Office in Canberra, Australia. It was established under the Legislation Act 2001 in order to make Australian Capital Territory legislation more accessible. The website presents all acts and subordinate laws (rules and regulations) along with disallowable instruments, approved forms, notifiable instruments and commencement notices made under authorising laws. Also included are bills which are currently before the Legislative Assembly.
