A database of Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) decisions, notices and orders (DNOs). Reporting to Parliament through the Minister of Canadian Heritage, the CRTC is "an independent agency responsible for regulating Canada's broadcasting and telecommunications systems." Decisions can be browsed by number and/or by keyword searching back to 1984 for most sections. The site is available in English and French, the official languages of Canada. The English and French language searching pages search for English and French documents respectively. Other CRTC website pages containing material relevant to Canadian broadcasting and telecommunications law can be accessed from this page. English and French versions of CRTC's broadcasting decisions (1898-date) and telecom decisions (1993-date) are also available through Quicklaw, a fee-based online database.
