The focus of the CROP program is not limited to studies of poverty and the poor. The project aims to make available online all Philippine laws, statutes, case law, presidential decrees and other legal materials. The site currently provides selected Philippine legislation from 1900 onwards some in full text and includes full text copies of the 1987, 1973, 1935 and 1899 Malolos Constitutions. Full text legal decisions are given from 1910 onwards and can be browsed by year or searched using the site's search engine.
