Jersey Legal Information Board

Official Jersey law site, produced by the Jersey Legal Information Board. Provides case law, primary and secondary legislation, journal articles and related information. Revised laws, laws as enacted and annotated laws are available. The Jersey Law Reports are provided from 1985 to 2009 and unreported judgments from 1997 onwards, together with practice directions, court rules and other court information.

Judiciary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China

Official website of the Judiciary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. A database of judgments, in English, is available on the Judgments and Legal Reference page. It covers the periods 1946-1948 and 1966 onwards (Court of Final Appeal, Court of Appeal of the High Court, Court of First Instance of the High Court, District Court, Family Court and Lands Tribunal). The website also provides a collection of Reasons for Sentence and Reasons for Verdict, plus court lists, forms, various reports and other information.

EUR-Lex

EUR-Lex is the European Union's own free database of legal and official texts, amounting to more than three million documents.

International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia - (ICTY)

The ICTY was established by a United Nations Security Council Resolution in May 1993 to prosecute persons responsible for violations of international humanitarian law committed in the territory of the former Yugoslavia since 1991. Its website contains legal documents relating to the operation of the Tribunal including the rules of procedure and regulations of conduct. It also contains details of all the cases tried by the tribunal, including the full-text of the initial indictments, data on the progress of the case and some transcripts.

Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII)

The Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) website provides more than 500 searchable databases of Australian legislation, case law and other legal materials, free of charge. It is a joint undertaking of the Faculties of Law at University of Technology in Sydney and the University of New South Wales. AustLII covers both Commonwealth (national) and state/territorial materials, together with treaties, law reform reports. It also links to secondary sources such as e-journals.

US Supreme Court Decisions

A Findlaw site providing access to contemporary and historical decisions from the United States Supreme Court. FindLaw offers a free searchable database of Supreme Court decisions from 1893 to date. Decisions may be browsed by year and official United States Reports volume number and are searchable by citation, docket number, party name or key word.

International Courts and Tribunals Library

A WorldLII database containing over 20,000 decisions from around 20 international courts and tribunals. Users can choose to search or browse the cases of one court or tribunal, all courts/tribunals or regional groups of courts/tribunals; the latter include all African courts and tribunals, all European courts and tribunals, all human rights courts and tribunals and all trade courts and tribunals. Sentenzi Online

Sentenzi Online is a service hosted by the Maltese Ministry for Justice and Home Affairs offering a collection of judgements of the Maltese Courts from 1944 onwards. The collection is arranged in the following categories: selected judgements from 1944 onwards; all judgements from 2001; judgements from the last year and from the last fifteen days. Cases can be searched by date, court, judge, parties or keywords and can be viewed in summary or full-text (PDF) form although not all of the cases from 1944 to 2000 are available in full.
