Bar & Bench

Bar & Bench is a freely available online journal aimed at the legal profession working in India. The journal has news of legal developments in India and around the world along with feature articles, commentary, interviews and profiles of Indian law firms. The ‘Deal street’ section reports on the latest mergers, acquisitions and deals taking place in Indian law firms. Journal content can also be viewed by specific interest such as academic, corporate council, law firms, non profit and legal outsourcing. The archive is available back to 2009.

JurPC: Internet-Zeitschrift für Rechtsinformatik

German-language legal information e-journal publishing articles by legal information managers, specialists and practitioners.  Articles cover topics relating to information innovations in law and electronic publishing and services and other online developments relevant to the legal community. The journal is open access and is edited by Professor Dr Maximillian Herberger of the Universität des Saarlandes.

IP Australia

IP Australia is the government agency responsible for granting rights in patents, trademarks and designs in Australia. Its website explains the agency's work and gives guidance on Australian intellectual property rights and regulation. It provides searchable databases giving details of existing IP rights; journals relating to trademarks, patents and designs; official notices; manuals; Australian Federal intellectual property legislation; official forms; and trade mark decisions. An International section includes information about IP in China and Japan, treaties and other resources,

Journal de Monaco

Online version of the official gazette of Monaco, available on the government website from 1858 onwards. The journal is published weekly and contains the text of legislative materials, including laws, ordinances, decrees and legal announcements.

Forced Migration Review

Website of Forced Migration Review (FMR) the journal of the Refugee Studies Centre, Queen Elizabeth House, University of Oxford. The journal is published three times each year in collaboration with the Global IDP Project of the Norwegian Refugee Council. The editors are Marion Couldrey and Tim Morris. "FMR provides a forum for debate on the most immediate issues facing refugees and internally displaced people and those working with them". The journal includes articles, research abstracts, conference reports and news items.

LLRX.com

LLRX.com (Law Library Resource Exchange) is a free legal technology e-journal for information professionals specialising in law. It provides resource guides, feature articles and columns on legal research and technology issues. Articles can be browsed by date, author, or subject, and there is a search facility. Many articles focus on US law, but foreign law is also covered, and most of the technology articles are not limited to a particular jurisdiction.

SSRN Legal Scholarship Network

The Legal Scholarship Network aims to facilitate the distribution of scholarly information related to law, economics and business; it is a division of the Social Science Research Network (SSRN). It is free to join the Network, but subscriptions are payable for some of the services offered. Users of the Network can access research papers, conference papers, pre-print journal articles and other scholarly writings, either in the form of abstracts, or as full-text documents. Authors can submit their abstracts and papers online, for possible publication on the LRN website.

Stanford Technology Law Review

Website of the Stanford Technology Law Review (STLR), an online technology law journal from Stanford Law School in the United States. The journal contains scholarly articles on technology and the law, covering the intersection of law, science and technology, and public policy. Articles can be downloaded in pdf format back to about 2017, and abstracts are available back to 2012. The symposia feature includes papers from the STLR online symposia. There are also working papers, student notes and perspectives offering news and comments on aspects of technology and the law.
