There is an introduction to trusts and sections providing guidance to the legislation and the legal background covering the law in England and Wales and in Scotland. There is a section on the difference types of trusts and on trusts set up for particular purposes such as employment related-trusts or heritage maintenance funds; other sections deal with trust enquires, trust income and trust management expenses.

Published in 2008, the Benchbook is a manual for judges and it includes guidance for dealing with different types of cases in court. The book is organised in five parts: the role and functions of the People's Courts, the judges and assessors; the procedure for the hearing of criminal cases; the procedure for resolving civil cases; procedures for resolving administrative cases and for dealing with bankruptcy.

Website of the New Zealand Gazette, the official government newspaper and journal of constitutional record. The Gazette publishes official notices relating to business proceedings, bankruptcies, transfers of land and other matters, as well as notices from government departments and the New Zealand Parliament. It is available online to browse or search from 1993 onwards; in October 2014 the online edition replaced the print edition. The site also provides annual cumulative indexes to the Gazette from 2000 to 2014.
