Eurasylum

Eurasylum is a company that conducts research and consultancy for government departments, judicial bodies, international organisations and NGOs in the areas of immigration and asylum policy. Its website provides reports and media interviews by Eurasylum staff, as well news items and the journal, Migration Policy Practice, from 2011 to 2021.

Online resource guide created by Daniel Tysver of the Minnesota-based law firm Beck & Tysver, which provides information on intellectual property and technology law. The site is divided into subject areas such as patent law, software patents, trademark law, copyright law and internet law. Each section has an executive summary followed by links to more in-depth coverage of the topic and specific pieces of legislation.

Center for Democracy and Technology

Non-profit organisation based in Washington DC, working to promote democracy in the digital age. The CDT is concerned with issues such as free expression, privacy, surveillance, elections, digital copyright, cryptography and artificial intelligence, in the United States and around the world. Its website provides CDT reports and resources for the general public.

Institute for the Study of Genocide

A website promoting the work of the Institute for the Study of Genocide. There is general information about the Institute and the issues they are involved with. The ISG newsletter is available online in full-text back to 2004. The site also carries a bibliography of basic genocide books, a list of genocide websites, the text of the UN Genocide Convention and social scientists' definitions of genocide.

JURIST legal news and research

JURIST is a legal news site edited by Professor Bernard Hibbetts and hosted at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in the United States. The site is produced by staff and students at the law school and is aimed at the legal community with emphasis given to highlighting the latest legal developments, judicial decisions and primary source materials. There are sections focusing on United States, world news and an archive of news stories going back to 2003.

Kozolchyk National Law Center

Non-profit research and legal reform organisation, formerly known as the National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade. NatLaw was founded by Boris Kokzolchyk, Evo DeConcini Professor Emeritus of Law at the University of Arizona. It carries out research into commercial laws and practices of different countries in order to harmonise and standardise the legal infrastructure and eliminate trade barriers. The Resources page includes a link to a subscription-based database of Latin American legislation, cases and commentary, in Spanish.

Centre for European Legal Studies

Website of the Centre for European Legal Studies (CELS) at the University of Cambridge. Outlines the Centre's work on EU law and the individual legal systems of European countries and provides information about conferences, seminars and lectures. There are details of CELS publications - including the Cambridge Yearbook of European Legal Studies - and a few working papers are available.
