Court of Appeal of Sri Lanka

A CommonLII database containing judgments of the Sri Lankan Court of Appeal reported in the Sri Lanka Law Reports from 1979-2000. There are also cases going back as far as 1809 and recent cases are provided up to 2005. Decisions can be browsed alphabetically or by date. The system also offers a comprehensive search facility, case name search and help page. Full text decisions are presented in HTML. The data has been made available by LAWNET a project established by the Sri Lankan Ministry of Justice.

Judicial Service of Ghana

Official website of the Ghanaian judicial service, the organisation with responsibility for the administration of justice in Ghana. The site provides a guide to and history of the Ghanaian legal system and the courts. There are lists of key post holders and judicial figures dating back to the nineteenth century and details of members of the Judicial Council. A full-text copy of the Constitution can be viewed on the site along with acts and regulations relating to the Ghanaian courts.

Law in Ghana is an online subscription database produced by DataCenta Ltd, an electronic publishing company based in Ghana. The site provides access to computerised versions of Ghana's legal materials including statutes, law reports, legal news and journal articles.

Commonwealth Legal Information Institute

The Commonwealth Legal Information Institute (CommonLII) is a cooperative legal information initiative led by AustLII (the Australasian Legal Information Institute) providing access to freely available legal materials from all Commonwealth countries. CommonLII contains over 400 databases providing case law, legislation, treaties and law reform reports from more than 50 Commonwealth and common law countries and territories.

Karel's Legal Blog

Karel's Legal Blog focuses on legal developments in the Dutch Caribbean (Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, St. Maarten, St. Eustatius and Saba). The blog was launched in July 2005 by Dutch lawyer Karel Frielink. The main emphasis is on banking, financial and company law. Some posts are in Dutch and some are in English.
