Judicial Service of Ghana

Official website of the Ghanaian judicial service, the organisation with responsibility for the administration of justice in Ghana. The site provides a guide to and history of the Ghanaian legal system and the courts. There are lists of key post holders and judicial figures dating back to the nineteenth century and details of members of the Judicial Council. A full-text copy of the Constitution can be viewed on the site along with acts and regulations relating to the Ghanaian courts.

Law in Ghana

Law in Ghana is an online subscription database produced by DataCenta Ltd, an electronic publishing company based in Ghana. The site provides access to computerised versions of Ghana's legal materials including statutes, law reports, legal news and journal articles.

Commonwealth Legal Information Institute

The Commonwealth Legal Information Institute (CommonLII) is a cooperative legal information initiative led by AustLII (the Australasian Legal Information Institute) providing access to freely available legal materials from all Commonwealth countries. CommonLII contains over 400 databases providing case law, legislation, treaties and law reform reports from more than 50 Commonwealth and common law countries and territories.

Karel's Legal Blog

Karel's Legal Blog focuses on legal developments in the Dutch Caribbean (Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, St. Maarten, St. Eustatius and Saba). The blog was launched in July 2005 by Dutch lawyer Karel Frielink. The main emphasis is on banking, financial and company law. Some posts are in Dutch and some are in English.

German Telecommunications Law

Web pages providing access to commentary and links relating to German telecommunications law. The site is produced by Joachim Rudo who is a lawyer based in Hanover, Germany. The site has links to German telecommunications legislation provided in English and to institutions and articles providing additional information.

German Copyright Law

Web pages providing access to resources relating to German copyright law. The site is produced by Joachim Rudo who is a lawyer based in Hanover, Germany. There are links to German copyright legislation, to societies dealing with rights exploitation, copyright associations and institutions and law journals. The site is presented in English but many of the resources linked to are in German.

Supreme Court of Georgia

The official website of the Supreme Court of Georgia, containing news, lists of the members of the court, information about the court system and the budget. Under Court Decisions are links to criminal, civil and administrative cases, and the decisions of the Grand Chamber. These are only available in Georgian, as are the recommendation pages under the heading Uniform Court Practice.

Constitutional Court of Georgia

Official website of the Constitutional Court of Georgia. The site has background information about the Court, including a brief history, profiles of the judges and information on the organisation and work of the Court. Relevant laws are available on the site, along with summaries of judgments and a page of links to other constitutional courts. The site can be viewed in English, Georgian and Russian.
