Native Title Infobase
The Native Title Infobase is a searchable online bibliography provided by the library at the Federal Court of Australia. It lists articles, books, conference papers, reports and press cuttings dealing with native title issues, mainly in Australia, but also in New Zealand, the United States, Canada, Africa and Asia. The earliest items date from 1839 onwards. /p>
National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia
Official website of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, which includes laws passed from 2001 onwards. Reports, procedural rules and historical information about the institution are also available, as well as a section covering European integration - progress towards membership of the EU. The site is in Serbian (with Cyrillic or Latin options), with a limited English version.
President of the Republic of Bulgaria
This is the official website of the President of Bulgaria. It is available in English or Bulgarian language versions. The English language site offers information on the function of the president and his/her current activities. It includes a biography of the current president, plus access to recent press releases, articles, statements and speeches. Information about the vice-president is also accessible. All aspects of foreign and domestic policy are covered.
Commonwealth Association of Legislative Counsel
Website of the Commonwealth Association of Legislative Counsel (CALC), which is hosted by the Australian Government Office of Parliamentary Counsel. CALC is concerned with the promotion of training and support in legislative drafting. CALC's newsletters and its journal, The Loophole, together with a collection of articles and papers on legislative drafting (many of which have also appeared in The Loophole), are available on the site. There is also information about CALC conferences and about training in legislative drafting.
Center for Human Rights and Global Justice
The Center for Human Rights and Global Justice (CHRGJ) is based at New York University School of Law. The website describes the Center's aims and details its research and teaching activities. The CHRGJ working paper series is available back to 2004. Information about the Center's other publications is also provided, with links to selected full-text materials.
NYU School of Law: Jean Monnet Center
The Jean Monnet Center at New York University School of Law is supported by the European Commission under the Jean Monnet project. The Center is concerned with European integration and its website provides details of the Center's activities, courses and staff, plus useful information for researchers. Jean Monnet Working Papers are available in full text from 1995 onwards; recent working papers have covered cultural diversity, judicial protection of individuals and EU constitutionalism after the failure of the Constitutional Treaty.
Institute for International Law and Justice
Website of the Institute for International Law and Justice (IILJ) at New York University School of Law. The site provides information about the IILJ's research and teaching activities. Two series of working papers are available: the International Law and Justice Working Papers and the Emerging Scholars Papers. Details of other IILJ publications are provided, some with links to the full text.
Review of Law and Economics
The Review of Law and Economics is an electronic legal journal published in cooperation with the European Association of Law and Economics (EALE) and the Berkeley Electronic Press (bepress) and made available on the bepress website. The journal publishes articles on "theoretical and empirical interdisciplinary research in law and economics-related subjects". Article summaries are provided in HTML and include the date the article was submitted and a suggested citation. Full-text articles are available in PDF to users whose institutions subscribe to the titles.
European Association of Law and Economics
Founded in 1984, the European Association of Law and Economics (EALE) is concerned with the economic analysis of law in Europe. Its website is hosted by York University and provides background information about EALE and details of current and previous conferences. The links section covers law and economics journals, other law and economics associations, graduate programs and vacant positions in the field.
