Constitutions of the Republic of Cuba

Online collection of constitutional documents for Cuba, made freely available on the Political Database of the Americas hosted by Georgetown University in the United States. Includes the 1940 Constitution, the 1976 Constitution, the 1976 Constitution with 1992 reforms and the Constitutional amendments of 2002, all in Spanish. The Political Database of the Americas can be viewed in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Court of Appeal of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas

Website of the Bahamas Court of Appeal. Judgments are available on the site back to about 2003; they can be browsed by date, or searched by case type, title, date and/or number. Information on the organisational structure of the Court and a list of justices past and present are available. Details of the procedures followed for criminal and civil cases are given along with a listing of upcoming cases and the text of the Court of Appeal act and other relevant legislation.

The Legal Journal on Burma (LawKa Pala) is published by the Burma Lawyers' Council (BLC), an independent organisation of lawyers and legal academics promoting human rights and democracy in Burma. The journal contains feature articles, commentaries and reviews focused on the legal and political issues in Burma and is available online back to 1997, in pdf format. .

Website of the Institute for Energy Law (IEL) a division of the Center for American and International Law. The IEL is aimed at lawyers and professionals in all areas of domestic and international energy law and is "committed to continuing education for professionals in the energy industry". The site includes information about how to join, a list of current members, and details of its Advisory Board and its activities.

Energy Bar Association

Website of the Energy Bar Association (EBA) an international not-for profit association of energy law practitioners and professionals. The EBA's mission is to "enhance the professional competence of those who practice and administer energy law". The site includes membership information, details of committees and information about the EBA's Energy Law Journal. There are downloadable copies of the EBA Update newsletter, a list of opinions of the federal courts relating to energy law issues for the previous year and a page of related web links.

Energy Law Journal

The Energy Law Journal is a legal journal published by the Energy Bar Association (EBA), an international not-for profit association of energy law practitioners and professionals. The journal aims to provide a forum for debate and research into all aspects of energy law and the energy industries. Contributors to the journal include practitioners, academics and federal judges. The journal is published twice a year and can be viewed online back to 1980. There are articles, committee reports, book reviews and case commentaries.

Judiciary of Brunei Darussalam

The website of the Brunei Judiciary provides background information on the structure, aims, mission and history of the courts in Brunei Darussalam. The roles of the Supreme Court, the Subordinate Courts, the Intermediate Courts and the Bankruptcy and Probate Offices are outlined and cause lists provided. Case statistics for the various courts are given along with a page of contact details for law firms based in Brunei. The site can be viewed in English and Malay.

Republic of Cyprus: Government Web Portal

Official website of the Republic of Cyprus. The Government section provides legislation arranged by subject (some of it in English translation) and a link to the Cyprus Government Gazette ('Episemos Ephemeris', Greek only, December 2004 onwards). It also has links to government departments' websites, the Presidency website and other official sites. There is information for citizens and businesses on a wide range of topics, including official forms and links to online services. The website is available in either Greek or English.
