The guide provides annotated links to websites, case studies and articles supplying information and advice on topics relating to divorce and separation. The section on legal advice has links to resources providing legal information, legislation related to divorce and separation and sites dealing with benefits, child support and pensions. Iran Law
Iran Law is a guide to online legal resources focusing on Iran which are made freely available on the web. Iran Law forms part of Pars Times a web guide to international sources of news, economics, business and financial information with particular emphasis on Iran. The guide has sections with links to the Iranian Constitution in English and Persian along with information on parliament and the judiciary. Links to Iranian laws are arranged by subject including business, trade, intellectual property, environmental and family law.
Advicenow
The Advicenow resource guide brings together information on the law and rights in England and Wales from a wide range of advice and information services. The website gives access to a searchable database of hand-picked links to information on over 200 websites. Information is arranged into broad subject headings including benefits, communications, consumer affairs, education and training, employment, environment and countryside, families, government, law and rights, health and social care, housing and homelessness, immigration, money and tax, police and crime and transport.
Lawbore
Lawbore, the legal portal of City University in London, is aimed at City law students and others looking for legal information. The site is arranged by subject and includes sections covering banking, commercial, constitutional, criminal, family, environmental, employment and human rights law. There are also sections providing access to legal gateways, research tools, careers information and specific legal documents. Each section provides background information to the subject, a selection of links to related sites and to relevant articles and legal documents.
American Antitrust Institute
Website of the American Antitrust Institute (AAI) a non-profit research and advocacy organisation, founded in 1998, whose aim is " to increase the role of competition, assure that competition is fair, and challenge unduly concentrated power in the American and world economy". The AAI website provides information about the activities of the Institute with the most recent activities on its home page and older items (back to 1998) in the 'Archives' section.
Centre for Restorative Justice
The Centre for Restorative Justice at the Simon Fraser University in Canada is funded by the Correctional Service of Canada and provides education, training and research in the field of restorative justice (RJ). The website has a searchable database of restorative justice resources which includes introductory materials, resources for RJ practitioners and scholarly literature. There is a selection of legal cases relevant to restorative justice which include summaries and links to the full-text of the judgement in PDF.
Iraq Military Law
List of online legal resources covering aspects of Iraq's military law, produced by Worldlii (World Legal Information Institute) a legal information portal. Includes links to all UN Security Council Resolutions, resources dealing with the legal issues surrounding an attack on Iraq, links to information about weapons inspections, Iraq military related websites and to United Nations Special Commissions websites like UNMOVIC and UNSCOM.
University of West Indies Legal Resources
Website of legal links provided by the Law Library at the University of West Indies in Barbados. Resources are focused on the Caribbean but also include links to sites dealing with international law and organisations, human rights, European union and environmental law. The site includes links to subscription sites.
Senior Law
The Senior Law website is produced by US law firm Goldfarb Abrandt Salzman & Kutzin LLP who specialise in elder law and the rights of the elderly and disabled. The site provides links to legal resources covering elder law, elder abuse and neglect, nursing home law, Medicaid information, Medicare and social security information. There are links to general resources including Federal Courts, federal statutes and regulations, state law links, legal gateways and sites dealing with care of the elderly and geriatrics.
