Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania

Website of the Supreme Administrative Court of Lithuania. This court hears appeals from the country's five administrative courts which deal with disputes concerning public and internal administration. The site outlines the role and function of the administrative courts, provides contact details for justices and other staff of the Supreme Administrative Court. Also included on the site is a page of links to Lithuanian legal resources. The site can be viewed in English and Lithuanian.

Ministry of Justice, Human Rights and Correctional Service

Official website of the Lesotho Ministry of Justice, the body with responsibility for the judiciary, prisons, legal aid, probation and human rights in Lesotho. The site has information about the different departments within the Ministry of Justice including the Legal Aid Unit, Human Rights Unit and the Probation Unit. There are links to judgements of the High Court and the Court of Appeal on Saflii (South African Legal Information Institute)

Republic of Latvia Supreme Court

Official website of the Supreme Court of Latvia. The site provides background and historical information about the Court including its structure, the role of the Senate and Chambers and an outline of the Latvian court system. There is also a profile of the Chief Justice and selected decisions of the Supreme Court can be viewed in Latvian only. A page of links to other Latvian legal sites is also provided. The site can be viewed in English, Latvian and Russian.

Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan

The Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan is the body responsible for advising on reforms and improvements to the law including "modernization, unification and codification". The site gives historic and background information to the judicial system and administration of justice in Pakistan along with a full-text copy of the Constitution. Annual reports of the various courts and judicial statistics can be viewed on the site and full-text reports of the Law Commission can be downloaded.

Supreme Court of Japan

Official website of the Supreme Court of Japan. The site includes an overview of the judicial system in Japan and a guide to judicial proceedings. A database of selected Supreme Court judgments is available, in English, from 1950 onwards. The site can be viewed in English and Japanese.

Supreme Court of Mauritius

The Website of the Supreme Court of Mauritius provides a history of the legal system in Mauritius and an outline of the court system. There are contact details for Mauritian lawyers and weekly cause lists for the various courts. Judgments are made freely available from a number of Mauritian courts- the Court of Rodrigues, the Industrial Court, the Intermediate court and the district courts. Supreme Court decisions are available on subscription. Recent legislation (from 2008 onwards) can be viewed on the site in full text.

Judicial Service of Ghana

Official website of the Ghanaian judicial service, the organisation with responsibility for the administration of justice in Ghana. The site provides a guide to and history of the Ghanaian legal system and the courts. There are lists of key post holders and judicial figures dating back to the nineteenth century and details of members of the Judicial Council. A full-text copy of the Constitution can be viewed on the site along with acts and regulations relating to the Ghanaian courts.

Supreme Court of Georgia

The official website of the Supreme Court of Georgia, containing news, lists of the members of the court, information about the court system and the budget. Under Court Decisions are links to criminal, civil and administrative cases, and the decisions of the Grand Chamber. These are only available in Georgian, as are the recommendation pages under the heading Uniform Court Practice.

Constitutional Court of Georgia

Official website of the Constitutional Court of Georgia. The site has background information about the Court, including a brief history, profiles of the judges and information on the organisation and work of the Court. Relevant laws are available on the site, along with summaries of judgments and a page of links to other constitutional courts. The site can be viewed in English, Georgian and Russian.

Court of Appeal of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas

Website of the Bahamas Court of Appeal. Judgments are available on the site back to about 2003; they can be browsed by date, or searched by case type, title, date and/or number. Information on the organisational structure of the Court and a list of justices past and present are available. Details of the procedures followed for criminal and civil cases are given along with a listing of upcoming cases and the text of the Court of Appeal act and other relevant legislation.
