Website of the Bahamas Court of Appeal. Judgments are available on the site back to about 2003; they can be browsed by date, or searched by case type, title, date and/or number. Information on the organisational structure of the Court and a list of justices past and present are available. Details of the procedures followed for criminal and civil cases are given along with a listing of upcoming cases and the text of the Court of Appeal act and other relevant legislation.

The website of the Brunei Judiciary provides background information on the structure, aims, mission and history of the courts in Brunei Darussalam. The roles of the Supreme Court, the Subordinate Courts, the Intermediate Courts and the Bankruptcy and Probate Offices are outlined and cause lists provided. Case statistics for the various courts are given along with a page of contact details for law firms based in Brunei. The site can be viewed in English and Malay.

Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Website of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The site has background information about the court, its jurisdiction and role under the Constitution along with court rules. The Constitution itself can be viewed on the site in HTML. Decisions of the court are available online back to 1997 in a range of formats. News and press releases are provided along with a selection of FAQs on making an appeal to the court. The site can be viewed in English, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.

Jamaican Ministry of Justice

Official Website of the Ministry of Justice in Jamaica. The site provides background information, an organisation chart and contact details for the different agencies and departments of the Ministry including the Administrator-General's Department, the Dispute Resolution Foundation and the Legal Aid Council. There is a guide to the Jamaican court system and an online copy of the most recent annual Court Report. The Laws of Jamaica can also be searched or browsed on the site.

Constitutional Court of South Africa

Official website of the Constitutional Court of South Africa. It provides information on the history of the Court and the Constitution, together with the text of the Constitution itself in English and the other official languages of South Africa. There is a database of Constitutional Court judgments, orders, heads of argument, pleadings and other documents.The site also has information on human rights in South Africa, including a copy of the Bill of Rights. The library section of the site includes an online catalogue and links to other South African and international legal sites.

Harry A. Blackmun Papers

Online guide to U.S. Supreme Court Justice Harry A. Blackmun's papers produced by the Manuscript Reading Room at the Library of Congress where the collection is housed and made freely available on their website. The collection includes papers from 1913 to 2001 with most of the material covering Justice Blackmun's time as a judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and as an associate justice of the Supreme Court.

Rules and Policies

This page forms part of the United States Courts website and makes available rules of practice, procedure and evidence currently in use in the federal courts. There are full-text copies of rules, background information on the rulemaking process, proposed and past amendments and minutes of relevant committee meetings such as the Committee on Rules of Practice and Procedure and the Advisory Committee on Rules of Civil Procedure.

High Court of the Republic of South Africa- Eastern Cape Division

This SAFLII database provides full text access to judgments of the High Courts of the Eastern Cape in South Africa. Decisions are available from 1996 onwards to date and can be searched or browsed alphabetically by party name or chronologically by year. The Southern African Legal Information Institute (SAFLII) is a collaborative project of the Wits Law School in South Africa and the Australasian Legal Information Institute (AustLII) providing free South African legal information.

Consulta Online

Consulta Online is a website providing information about the Italian Constitutional Court, produced by Professor Pasquale Costanzo of the University of Genoa. The site has full-text decisions of the Constitutional Court back to 1970. The Italian Constitution also available, along with other constitutional laws. There are also links to related websites. The site is almost wholly in Italian only, but background notes about the Court, and copies of the Constitution, are provided in English, French, German and Arabic.

Italian Constitutional Court

Official website of the Italian Constitutional Court. This site includes information about the work of the court including brief biographical details of its President, Vice President and judges. A calendar of public hearings and closed sessions is given along with court pronouncements and summaries (in Italian only) of judgements back to 1956. Recent judgements (from 2006 onwards), felt to be of interest to foreign users, can be viewed in English in full text.
