Cardiff Index to Legal Abbreviations
The Cardiff Index to Legal Abbreviations is produced by the University of Cardiff. It is a database of abbreviations of English language and selected foreign language legal publications including law reports, law journals and major treatises. The search engine allows titles to be searched using any keywords appearing in the title of the publication and abbreviations can be searched using all or part of the abbreviation. Results provide the official abbreviation, alternative abbreviations, the ISSN and the jurisdiction to which the publication belongs.
Eliminate Child Labour in Tobacco (ECLT)
ECLT works for the elimination of child labour in tobacco growing, in order to give these children a better chance in life. It is based in Switzerland. The site has information about child labour around the world, and about ECLT's partnership between trade unions, tobacco growers and the corporate sector. There is a range of online reports on children and the tobacco industry.
World Anti-Doping Code
The World Anti-Doping Code is a worldwide standard for anti-doping regulations established by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and is made freely available on their website. The code was originally designed in 2004 to harmonise rules and regulations regarding doping in sport across all countries and sports. Through the Copenhagen Declaration on Anti-Doping in Sport, Governments have indicated their readiness to adopt the code. The code was updated in January 2009; further details regarding revisions are available on the site.

Ius laboris is an association for specialists in human resources law; it is based in Belgium and has member firms in over 45 countries. The site gives details of workshops and events, provides publications by members and also has a news section. The site is available in English, French and Spanish.
Weblaw
Disability Discrimination Laws Country Index
Online collection of disability discrimination laws from around the world made freely available on the Disability Rights Education and Defense Fund (DREDF) Website. The site lists more than 50 countries who have enacted anti-discrimination laws relating to people with disabilities. Most of the laws are given in full but some entries have just the sections relevant to disability discrimination. Translations (sometimes in the form of summaries) are given for non-English materials along with a source for the translation. The site also provides a list of sources for the various laws.
Centre for Research on Globalisation (CRG)
The Centre for Research on Globalisation (CRG) is is a Montreal-based independent research and media group of progressive writers, academics and activists who are critical of globalisation and the New World Order. In their view, globalisation and war are connected and lead to a concentration of private wealth. This site exposes the activities of global banks, financial institutions and multinationals. There are articles on the latest news events. There are archives of earlier news articles and links to other websites with similar sympathies to CRG.
Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance
Website of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA) a network of independent law firms with expertise in advertising, marketing and promotion law. The website gives access to GALA's members around the world providing contact details, URLs and profiles of the law firms. Some of the law firms provide in-house articles to download. There are also updates on the advertising and marketing law in each country and a page of legal news.
