The Law Society of Saskatchewan's website provides several free resources relating to the law of the Province and the regulation of its legal profession. There is a database of full-text judgments from the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, Court of Queen's Bench and Provincial Court (1994 - ) and a database of article titles and abstracts from recent Canadian journals. The Legislation Update page provides a table of new provincial regulations, with dates in force and details of legislation amended, and a table showing the progress of bills currently going through the Provincial Legislature with details of legislation to be amended. There are also tables of Saskatchewan and Canadian proclamations and links to recent Supreme Court of Canada (SCC) decisions. The Publications page provides free materials including the text of the Code of Professional Conduct, a collection of professional conduct rulings, Law Society rules and memoranda. Priced materials are listed as well and can be ordered online. The site also provides information about the Law Society of Saskatchewan's functions, members and staff.
