A CanLII database including all decisions rendered by the Competition Tribunal of Canada since 1990. The data is supplied by and also available on the Tribunal's official website. Decisions can be searched or browsed by date on the site. CanLII, the Canadian Legal Information Institute, is a key service providing free access to Canadian primary legal materials. The service has been designed by LexUM at the University of Montreal (using software developed by AustLII) on the initiative of the Federation of Law Societies of Canada. The site is available in English and French, the official languages of Canada. Selected decisions from 1986 onwards to date are carried on the Tribunal's site.
