The site gives details of committees and their chairs, information about events and a searchable directory of attorneys. A number of full text publications are made freely available on the site including reports covering topics such as judicial compensation, cameras in the courtroom, judicial independence and mass torts. There is also a full text news bulletin. The results of surveys carried out by committees of the American College of Trial Lawyers are made available on the site. These include a survey of offer of judgment rules for each state and the use of mediation practices and procedures in different states. Parts of the site are restricted to members only.
