Namibian e-justice website provided by the Ministry of Justice, covering the High Court and Supreme Court. Supreme Court judgments are available on the site from 1990 onwards and High Court judgments from 2004 onwards. Relevant legislation is provided, including the High Court Act, the Supreme Court Act, the Criminal Procedure Act and acts and rules dealing with labour, the admiralty, corruption and legal practitioners. The site also includes background information about the judicial system, court rules and practice directions. Registered users can log in to the e-justice system.
