The site provides free access to Supreme Court judgements and selected High Court judgements from 1990 onwards. These can be searched or browsed by date or name. Consolidated legislation is also given along with LRDC papers.

The site provides history and background information to the government and legal system of Namibia. The functions of Parliament and an events calendar are given. There is a full-text copy of the Constitution and legislation from 1990 onwards can be viewed on the site in PDF.
Website of the Society of Advocates of Namibia (Namibian Bar) the organisation representing members of the legal profession in Namibia. The site has information on the history and purpose of the Bar. There is background information on the Namibian legal system and the work of advocates in Namibia. The site also has a directory of members and a selection of summaries of decisions from the Namibia High Court.
Website of the Legal Assistance Centre (LAC) which is based in Namibia and describes itself as a "public interest law centre that is committed to creating a human rights culture and promoting access to justice in Namibia". Work at the Centre includes litigation and advice, training, research and advocacy. There is information on LAC's project work which includes the AIDS Law Unit, Medical Negligence, Gender Research and Advocacy, the Human Rights and Constitutional Unit, the Child Justice Project and the Land, Environment and Development Project.
Website providing access to NAMLEX the Index to the Laws of Namibia along with a number of individual full-text (PDF) Namibian laws. NAMLEX is published by the Legal Assistance Centre of Namibia and this page forms part of the LAC Website. The document is provided as a PDF file and contains an alphabetical listing of statutes, an index of subject terms and a brief legal history of Namibia. Each individual entry contains the title of the statute, a brief summary and a list of amendments, regulations and cases relating to the statute.

It provides access to government press releases, links to the websites of the main government departments and agencies and background information about the political structure, economy and culture of the region. There is information on the President, Prime Minister and other cabinet ministers and a selection of full text legislation including a copy of the constitution can be downloaded from the site.
Website of the Law Society of Namibia (LSN), which represents and regulates lawyers in Namibia. The site provides organisational information and details of the LSN's mission and objectives. An amended version of the Legal Practitioners Act (1995) is available on the site, along with the LSN's rules. There is also a directory of lawyers and law firms, guidance on the Society's complaints procedure and information about admission to practise as a lawyer in Namibia.
Namibian e-justice website provided by the Ministry of Justice, covering the High Court and Supreme Court. Supreme Court judgments are available on the site from 1990 onwards and High Court judgments from 2004 onwards. Relevant legislation is provided, including the High Court Act, the Supreme Court Act, the Criminal Procedure Act and acts and rules dealing with labour, the admiralty, corruption and legal practitioners.
